Un moment suspendu dans les falaises face à la mer !

L'Acro Suites est un endroit préservé idéal pour se ressourcer avec des suites bénéficiant d'une vue sur la Mer. Nous avons apprécié chaque instant de notre séjour que ce soit dans notre magnifique suite TROGLODYTE, ou près de la piscine à débordement. La température de la piscine privée était parfaite (26 degrés environ)!
Le design et l'architecture de l'hôtel sont fabuleux pour une déconnexion en amoureux. Nous avons également apprécié les plats subtils du restaurant gastronomique Cremnos.

Cons:

La suite Troglodyte ou Cave suite possédé un design unique qui cependant nécessite quelques précautions. Il faut faire attention à la marche d'escalier au saut du lit et la douche ne comportait pas de porte, donc l'eau débordait un peu. Ce sont des petits détails qui peuvent être significatifs pour des personnes avec un problème de mobilité ou des couples pudiques.

Suite - Kein Kleiderschrank, man muss aus Koffern leben, kleine Garderobe. Doppelbett - Matraze auf Boden u. an Wand stehend, ca. 20 cm ums Bett platz. Partner muss zum WC gehen über einem steigen. Waschbecken im Zimmer, offene Dusche mit Sparmodus. Wasser braucht sehr lange bis es warm wird, kein Druck. Stolperfalle durch nicht beleuchteten Höhenunterschied. Kein Netflix, TV musste unterstützt werden, ansonsten Fernschauen nicht möglich, wegen lockerer Wandhalterung. Einlagen-WC-Papier. Klimaanlage ständig 34 Grad/Start-/Stop Zyklus Problem, Terrassentür immer offen gelassen. Kissen billig u. unbequem. Wind hat Nachts stark gepfiffen, lag anscheinend am schmalen Flur, zum Eingang der Suite. Suite wurde nicht gereinigt, dadurch keine frischen Handtücher, klappte erst am 3. Tag, nach reklamieren, obwohl Putzanzeige an war. Jeden Tag haben wir uns geärgert, weil der Kaffee erst nach reklamieren kam u. dann falsch oder lauwarm. 15 Min gedauert. Orangensaft vom 3-7. Tag ausgegangen. Speisen unter den 3 Leuchten immer eiskalt, etc,etc. Personal sehr schlecht geschult. Abendessen: Schmutziges Glas bekommen, hatte schon angesetzt als ich es sah.
Herpes bekommen. Glas wurde ausgetauscht. Essen lauwarm oder kalt. Restaurant immer kalt April, nur mit Jacke erträglich.
Letzter trauriger Eindruck: Bei Abreise Frühstücksbox bekommen mit 1 kl. Apfel m. Delle u. Toast. Kein Wasser, Joghurt etc. Tennisplätze in Fertigstellung.

Respecto al personal , poca comunicación ya que no hablamos en idioma , y tampoco hacían el esfuerzo por querer atendernos la limpieza como tal un poco pésima ya que se paga por esto y no poco ! Y alguna instalación estaba suelta

Acro Suites is a serene, design-forward wellness resort perched above Mononaftis Bay — a true haven of peace and luxury. The natural stone architecture, private plunge pools, and sweeping sea views create an unforgettable setting for rest and rejuvenation.

We stayed in the Cave Suite, which was absolutely stunning. Having our own private pool and balcony felt like a dream — definitely a splurge, but worth every moment. We made the most of it by spending as much time as possible in the suite and exploring the property.

From check-in to check-out, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Even after check-out, we were welcomed to use the gym, enjoy lunch, relax by the pool, and freshen up before our overnight ferry. Every detail was handled with care and genuine warmth, and the level of hospitality truly stood out. Acro Suites made our stay — and even our departure day — feel effortless and luxurious.

Huge thanks to Michaelis and the entire team for their outstanding hospitality. We left completely relaxed and couldn’t recommend Acro Suites more!

Ein rundum fantastisches Hotel in jeder Hinsicht! Die Lage mit Blick aufs Meer ist einfach traumhaft. Das Sportangebot ist außergewöhnlich vielseitig – von Padel, Tennis und Basketball bis hin zu Fitness, Yoga und Pilates – hier bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Auch das Essen ist hervorragend: das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine große Auswahl, zusätzlich kann man à la carte bestellen. Insgesamt ein Hotel, das in allen Bereichen überzeugt und das wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen können!

Cons:

Die Auswahl an Speisen im Restaurant könnte etwas größer sein – bei einem längeren Aufenthalt wird es eventuell etwas eintönig. Allerdings ist das Jammern auf hohem Niveau, denn die Qualität der Gerichte ist durchweg hervorragend.

Pros:

Went here for our honeymoon and had the most magical time. The view from the room was just to die for and the room itself was just stunning. Everyone who worked there was so friendly. Amazing breakfast and dinner. A lot of different options for exercise. Also, the staff helped us in such a good way to find restaurants outside the hotel and make bookings for both dinner and transportation. The room service was also amazing.
