המקום נפלא. חדר מרווח מאוד, נוח ונעים לשהות בו, יציאה לבריכה פרטית מהחדר, חלק מהזמן פשוט בילינו בבריכה ובחצר הפרטית. הצוות אדיב ביותר, שירותי מאוד. ארוחת הבוקר טעימה, מוגשת על ידי מלצרים (לא בופה) אבל אפשר להזמין מה שרוצים. מומלץ ביותר

Super séjour gâché par es attitudes irrespectueuses, bruyantes et sans gênes de certains autres clients.

Cons:

Établissement qui répondait parfaitement à nos attentes, cependant je pense que le chef d’établissement ou une personne en charge de l’ordre devrait tourner sur le site afin de veiller aux attitudes irrespectueuses, bruyantes et sans gênes de certains clients vis à vis de autres occupants. L’établissement est censé être un lieu calme et chill, entre jeu de ballon en plastique sur les terrasses de piscines privées, les personnes qui filment chez les autres sans se soucier de l’intimité des autres clients, les coup de téléphone en visio avec haut parleur actif avec le verbe haut qui dérange tout le monde, et j’en passe …. C’est vraiment dommage car c’est un établissement luxueux.

Amazing hospitality, beautiful place and a relaxing atmosphere!
Pros:

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Deos Luxury Suites and would highly recommend it. Kostas, the manager, was wonderful and extremely helpful throughout our stay, making everything so easy for us! In fact, he went above and beyond!! All of the staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was spacious and beautiful and impeccably clean, and the pool was spotless and a very good size. We will definitely be coming back!

Wish I could stay longer

A premium accommodation experience with a sensational a la carte breakfast!
Our stay at Deos Luxury Suites was simply perfect. The room was spotlessly clean, with excellent aesthetics, modern amenities and an incredibly comfortable bed. The service from all the staff was exemplary, full of kindness and true hospitality. However, the point that really took off our experience was the hotel's a la carte breakfast. Instead of a typical buffet, each dish is prepared at that very moment. Everything was freshly cooked, with top quality ingredients and a presentation reminiscent of a good restaurant. Everything was delicious. This way of serving offers a sense of luxury that you rarely find. We can't wait to return!

Cons:

ארוחת בוקר מגיעה בהגשה אישית ולא בופה.הלחם שמוגש הוא ממש מעט ושמבקשים תוספת,הצוות נותן הרגשה מאוד לא נעימה.מרוחק מאוד מהים,צריך לקחת מונית למעלה.המלון ממוקם מאוד גבוה וקשה לעלות רגלית בחום של יולי.

L’endroit où les rêves et la paix cohabitent !
Pros:

Le personnel est incroyablement gentil et chaleureux, que ce soit la réception, le restaurant ou les dames de ménage c’était vraiment top. L’orientation des chambres, la vue et la piscine privée c’est exceptionnel!!!

C’est dommage que la piscine ne soit pas chaude pour des baignades nocturne…

Erster und zugleich letzter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Eigener Pool, Aussicht auf das Meer (sehr positiv das Stromkabel + Stromverteiler schränken nicht zu stark die Sicht auf das Meer ein).

Als selbstverständlicher Service in dieser Anlage ist das gesamte Housekeeping angehalten, persönliche Gegenstände und Gepäckstücke in den Koffer in eigener Entscheidung wieder zu verstauen, umplatzieren oder in den dafür vorhandenen Laden und Kästen abzulegen.

Angeboten wird der Pool als beheizt. Frühstück war gut, das Frühstückspersonal war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Der Aufenthalt in dieser Anlage entsprach in keiner Weise dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir waren bei Ankunft sehr überrascht über die Gegebenheiten der Junior Suite. Besonders die Sonnenliegen machten einen abgenutzten Eindruck auf uns. Es waren deutliche dunkle Flecken an mehreren unterschiedlichen Stellen, die aus unserer Sicht nicht alleinig auf eine Sonneneinstrahlung zurückzuführen sind, weiters war eine davon ziemlich durchgelegen.

Weiters haben sich auch gelbe Flecken am Pool auf Steinfliesen wiedergefunden. Der Pool war im Juli gefühlt nach unserem Gefühl nicht mehr beheizt, leider aber für uns zu kalt zum Baden. Generell war auch ein starker Chlorgeruch wahrnehmbar.
Auch ohne Auftrag/Zustimmung, dass unsere Koffer und persönlichen Gegenstände verräumt werden wurde dieses Feedback nicht angenommen. Uns wurde erklärt, dass dies ein normaler Service ist den Gästen generell sich wünschen. Wir konnten nur durch ausdrückliche Ablehnung unsere persönlichen Gegenstände schützen.

Die Beduftung durch sämtliche Abflüsse war in unserem Zimmer so stark, dass wir auch diesen aufgekündigt haben – ich hatte eine ganze Nacht Kopfschmerzen.

Besonders enttäuschend war für mich die Reaktion des Hotelmanagements und die Verständigungsprobleme auf Englisch.
Anstatt nachvollziehbare Kritik/Feedback aufzunehmen und nach Lösungen zu suchen, kundenorientiert und freundlich zu reagieren haben wir den Tonfall als unangemessen laut und wenig professionell wahrgenommen, auch ein möglicher Rauswurf wurde uns in Aussicht gestellt.

Als Faktor dieses Verhaltens wurde uns später mitgeteilt, dass dies an der englischen Sprache läge und es zu einem Missverständnis kam. Leider war auch das nachträglich angebotene Essen für mich keine geeignete Wiedergutmachung für den zuvor entstandenen Eindruck. Nach dem geschilderten Vorfall war das Vertrauensverhältnis bereits nachhaltig beeinträchtigt, sodass diese Geste den negativen Gesamteindruck des Aufenthalts nicht mehr verändern...
