A memorable stay with breathtaking ocean and sunset views, warm and attentive staff, and comfortable, well-designed rooms. Great breakfast and on-site dining, smooth housekeeping and concierge help, and a peaceful location with easy access to nearby spots. Sunset on the balcony/terrace was the highlight.
What I’d change
Only wish: a heated pool. Otherwise, nothing to change.
The Sunset villa, this hotel is a perfect 10. The view, the design, staff, gym everything is a 10/10. I highly recomend to put the extra budget for the Sunset Villa, it makes a diference

The staff were exceptional and extremely helpful. Answered every question I had and helped us arrange some medication needed from a local pharmacy, arranged our tax transfers and gave us a wonderful tour.

Stunning views and room was fantastic luxury
The in door dining was not good enough for this kind of hotel. Forgot our coffees, forgot milk and kept mixing up room service. It can improve for sure. The TV did not work no signal throughout our 4 days there

Kind of middle of no where. We had to walk an hour to get to town.
This hotel was absolutely gorgeous! The view is exactly like the pictures, just as advertised, incredible! The price for the view, the room, the comfort and the welcoming staff is not bad at all! Very affordable for what you get! Eva at the front desk was wonderful, she really made our stay one of a kind. Every staff member was professional, warm, kind, helpful, and welcoming! They make all the reservations for you, a you have to do is let them know what you’re like to do while on the island, that includes Ubers/taxis/dinner/ anything at all. We didn’t lift a finger. Not only would I recommend this place, but I will come back here every time I stay in Santorini. It really is one of a kind!
La chambre est grande, bien équipée et propre.
La vue n'est pas celle qui est mise en avant. Sur certaine chambre on est côté route et on voit le haut des camions, les bus. Il y a aussi des câbles juste en face de la vue et un bâtiment devant. Pas d'espace commun pour prendre un verre ou autre face à la caldeira.

In my opinion, this is the best hotel in Santorini. Pure luxury. Everything is top-notch. The view and pool are incredible. We'd like to thank the hotel for the caldera-view room they provided for our honeymoon. Special thanks to Eva for her helpfulness.
