The room, staff and location are unmatched
Pros:

The view was sensational. The staff were very friendly and always very polite. The breakfasts were unmatched and overall we found the location of the hotel the perfect distance away from Oia and Fira.

Le meilleur hôtel de Santorin sans hésitation !
Pros:

Deuxième année que je me rends dans cet hôtel, je vais refaire le même commentaire que l’année dernière! Le lieu est exceptionnel, la chambre est incroyable, le personnel adorable et à notre service tout le temps ! et si vous souhaitez être dépayser et vous reposer, choisissez cet hôtel!

An unforgettable experience
Pros:

Truly an unforgettable experience!

We highly recommend the sunset view rooms at the top floor. The room is amazing, spacious, clean and with the best beds ever.

The staff was amazing, the view breathtaking, the food was delicious, both breakfast and in room service. We were particularly amazed by the Greek breakfast and the fish of the day. And the price is not far off from nearby restaurants. It was very quiet and compared to Fira or Oia it was much less busy and much more private. The massage was also great.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT THE ROOMS: the best rooms are the sunset ones at the top floor (e.g. 204). The other rooms are still great but less private since you can see and be seen from the small streets around the property.
From our room we did not see anyone for the whole stay (although you could theoretically see othe people pools from the edge of the pool).

Cons:

Just one imperfection that did not affect our stay at all: we once got served the wrong breakfast, but it was quickly fixed in a couple minutes.

Expérience incroyable , plus belle chambre que je n’ai jamais vu de ma vie
Pros:

Une vue incroyable ! Une chambre superbe surtout la sunset car elle donne vers la caldera donc à couper le souffle !
Personnel au petits soins rien à redire c’était extra ❤️

Cons:

Peut être la restauration peut être améliorée vu le prix ce n’est pas exactement au niveau rapport qualité prix et d’un 5* mais c’était pas mal quand même
