Pros:

The personal is so nice, everyone of them. Thank you so much.

The location is just perfect. There are places near to explore the gastronomy and walk, there's a mall 20 min walk.

Movistar is just 5 min walk.

Cons:

The beds are very firm, very.
I was in two different rooms and I think all beds are like that. Another thing is that some beds have a hole in the middle and some pillows are not confortable.
I think is time to shange all.

Muy irrespetuosos porqué empiezan a presionar para el chekout, llamando y escribiendo para abandonar el hotel en la hora en punto. Eso no se hace en ningún hotel.

Realice la reserva en la plaicación decía que cuentan con parqueadero al momento de llegar el señor de la recepción me indico que no tiene (me parece delicado por que a esa hora tuve que ir a buscar hospedaje) y me dice que a media cuadra habia uno pero que no sabia si estaba abierto, me parece demasiado costoso para un hotel que no tiene parqueadero ni convenio ni tienen buen servicio al cliente, sin hablar de la publicidad engañosa cuando se ingresa a reservar que dice que tienen parqueadero. 0 de todo.

La atención del personal, nos apoyaron en todo, y muy cerca al Movistar Arena, fuimos y volvimos caminando sin problema. Pudimos guardar los vehículos en el hotel.

- La habitación que me dieron 201, no sé si todas, tiene un vidrio arriba de la puerta de entrada que en la noche a la hora de dormir las luces del pasillo. Iluminan la habitación y según la acomodación de las camas da hasta en toda la cara y no deja dormir. No debería tener vidrio sino ser todo cerrado.
Los closets no tenían ganchos para colgar la ropa
El teléfono de la habitación no funcionaba
