The owner was friendly. The housekeeper was very helpful and always asking if we needed something to let her know. She has done a good job cleaning our room. She doesn't speak English but if you use Google translate then she'll be more than happy to help. Great location. We got the room for a great price. The room is spacious. Excellent WiFi connection.

We went to a launderette with a suitcase of clothes and she started shouting at us. She later told us she thought we were leaving on a trip when she'd hired a motorbike at my request. I wanted to leave that night but my husband was too tired too. They only switched on the hot water after I told her too in the morning. Considering it's been cold and wet in quy nhon. Every time she spoke to us she would shout. She would try to make me comfortable by touching me on the shoulder. She lacked customer service. I would not recommend this hotel and suggest they hire people who know how to do customer service.

All good. Even the well meaning but quirky ladies who staffed the place. I did get locked out before midnight, but called on phone and politely let in
