Realita bola slabšia ako očakávania
Pros:

Veľkým plusom bola čistota izieb. Upratovačky odvádzali výbornú prácu – izba bola každý deň perfektne uprataná a pripravená. Nikdy sme sa s nimi ani nestretli a nedávali sme ani žiadne extra sprepitné, napriek tomu bola izba vždy v 100 % stave. Hotel má tiež peknú polohu priamo pri pláži a areál na prvý pohľad pôsobí príjemne.

Cons:

Najväčší problém bola komunikácia hotela. Po rezervácii cez Booking mi hotel napísal, či mám záujem o transfer z letiska. Odpísal som, že áno, ale už som nedostal žiadnu odpoveď a na letisku ma nikto nečakal. Rovnako som hotel kontaktoval aj kvôli zmene termínu pobytu, ale nedostal som žiadnu spätnú väzbu.
Raňajky boli veľmi slabé. Výber pečiva bol prakticky nulový – iba dva druhy toastového chleba (biely a tmavý). Pri obedoch a večeriach bola slabá organizácia. Napríklad ak bol vstup na večeru o 19:30, dovnútra vás skôr nepustili, ale keď otvorili, jedlo ešte nebolo pripravené.
Sklamaním bola aj káva. V rámci all inclusive bola k dispozícii iba veľmi slabá káva a za obyčajné espresso bolo potrebné si priplatiť.
V bare som mal pocit, že personál uprednostňuje hostí, ktorí dávajú pravidelne sprepitné. Bazén tiež nepôsobil veľmi čisto.
Nepríjemná skúsenosť bola aj pri check-oute, kde nám chceli účtovať turistickú daň v nesprávnom prepočte. Až keď sme si to prepočítali podľa kurzu, ktorý mali na recepcii uvedený, zistili sme rozdiel približne okolo 30 €. Po upozornení sumu opravili.
Treba sa tiež pripraviť na miestnych predajcov na pláži, ktorí sa hneď snažia ponúkať rôzne výlety a suveníry

Gesamt gesehen ein idyllischer Flair, ein weißer Sand zwischen den Zehen, fein wie Mehl.

Cons:

Nach 2 mal essen gehen (mittags als auch abends) kennt man die Speißekarte für den Rest des Urlaubes. Oftmals war das Essen bereits kalt. Anstatt ham&eggs gab es beef als Ersatz...also Leder....
Die Angestellten sind zwar sehr freundlich, allerdings meist nicht wirklich vom Fach.....usw.

Pros:

I had an amazing stay! As a solo traveler, I was touched by how thoughtful and attentive the manager was—he went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and enjoying my time. The entire team made me feel welcome and cared for. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

one of the best resorts i stayed in
Pros:

delicious food and the chef catered for anything we asked for. staff were amazing in their service and going beyond to make us feel comfortable and happy.

Cons:

i would say add a bit more options in drinks that are part of all inclusive. especially non-alcoholic

We would go back again anytime.
Pros:

We had a wonderful week here. Our bungalow had a sea view, and it was very convenient to have the beach right in front of us.

Cons:

The driver of our privately booked tours was not allowed onto the hotel premises by the security company, so we always had to walk up a steep road to meet him. Fortunately, the taxi to and from the airport was allowed in, so we didn’t have to carry our suitcases out.

This is a great place to unpack and unwind.
Pros:

It was a cozy getaway after long travels. The staff were very accommodating. There was fun entertainment in the evening.

Cons:

It’s a bit pricey for what I received. Granted, it’s an all-inclusive and I’m not much of a drinker (that was part of the included perks).
