地點不好，房間很小，衛浴更小。

非首次入住；相較過往，本次可明顯感受到整體服務品質下滑。

完全理解並接受自助入住及退房，也不需要櫃檯代為操作。然而，住宿期間數次經過櫃檯，僅有一名人員時多低頭使用手機；有兩名人員時則彼此聊天，未主動留意房客或提供基本應對，前台應有的接待及協助功能並未落實。

抵達房間時，因房間西曬，室內非常悶熱；冷氣開啟約10分鐘後仍未明顯降溫，且控制面板同時顯示「Clean the filter」。

第一通電話已一併向前台反映房間悶熱及面板提示。前台表示濾網皆有定期清洗，只是面板仍會顯示，隨後便直接從系統遠端清除提示；對於房間溫度問題，則僅請房客繼續等待，未安排人員到房確認設備狀況。

第二通電話再次反映仍未有效降溫，前台僅回覆：「系統顯示已降溫0.2度。」除此之外，未說明正常降溫所需時間、確認空調實際運作情形，或提出其他處理方案。此後又等待超過40分鐘，房內才終於有明顯降溫感受，當時已至晚間10點。

無論「Clean the filter」屬於定期保養提醒或設備異常，在房間已明顯悶熱的情況下，僅遠端消除提示，並以系統下降0.2度作為回覆，均不足以處理住客實際反映的問題，也難以讓人對設備維護及異常處理機制產生信任。

此外，各樓層飲水機採「桶裝水」，飲用水用完後未即時補充，顯示設備巡檢及補給機制未確實執行。房間隔音亦不理想，午夜12時仍可清楚聽見飯店配合之垃圾清運車輛於一樓作業的聲響；進入白天工作時段後，環境噪音更為明顯，已實際影響住宿及休息品質。

理解旅館推動ESG、自助化及節能減碳的永續方向，但相關措施不應等同於縮減服務，或將不便轉由住客承擔。
以目前的住宿價格而言，前台服務、設備維護、異常處理及隔音品質均未達相對應水準，整體住宿體驗也較過往明顯退步。

適合喜歡旺中帶靜的住宿環境
Pros:

位於徐州路及杭州南路一段，地點旺中帶靜，有公車到台北車站或東區，附近有很多知名的食店和咖啡店。這次入住的房間是在走廊盡頭，所有3個窗，採光很好，空間感足夠

Cons:

洗手間和洗澡間沒有門有點不太方便; Check-in & check-out都採用自助電子方式，但前台職員也可以多點笑容歡迎旅客

房間整體舒適、隔音需加強
Pros:

早餐中規中矩，床鋪軟硬適中，房間、廁所浴室乾淨。

Cons:

希望可以改善房間隔音的部分，隔音差到隔壁房講電話聲音大到我以為對方手機連到房間的藍芽喇叭。夜間睡覺時，甚至還能聽到隔壁房上廁所的聲音，以這個房價來說，隔音真的有待加強。

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel mit geräumigen, modernen Zimmern
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind für lokale Verhältnisse sehr groß, zudem sind sie sehr modern im westlichen Stil eingerichtet. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, der Hauptbahnhof und die Chiang-Kai-Shek-Gedächtnishalle und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Auch U-Bahnstationen liegen in der Nähe.

Cons:

Die Check-in-Zeiten (ab 16:00 Uhr) sind bei einer frühen Ankunft nach einem langen Flug doch etwas spät. (Ein früherer Check-in war am Ankunftstag auch gegen Aufpreis leider nicht möglich.)
