Pros:

Loved the place. Neat clean great location, parking available and easy check in. Very friendly staff. Great place and value for money..

Cons:

It does not have an elevator so for older people like us lugging the bags gets tedious.

Cons:

Would have liked better information about check in procedure (needed to look for the key vault), actual address/entrance (especially by car) and parking slots (signs difficult to read - low light in the parking area).
Very essential cooking accessories available: difficult to actually cook something.
No frills: only a bottle of water provided. It's ok but some tea bags would have been appreciated.
Bodensee karte provided only for me and my wife and only upon explicit request.

Die Lage ist sehr gut nur ein paar Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Der Parkplatz befindet sich in einem Hof, somit muss man nicht an der öffentlichen Straße stehen.

Cons:

Die Kochmöglichkeit ist eher klein, aber noch ausreichend.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung
Pros:

Grosses geräumiges Zimmer mit modernem Bad und bequemen Betten. Gästekarten für den ÖV in Konstanz inklusive. Wunsch nach einem zusätzlichen Laken wurde sofort erfüllt. Bus in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, ebenso ein Einkaufszentrum.

Pros:

Die ganze Wohnung befand sich in einem ehemaligen Klassenzimmer, indem nachträglich ein Bad und eine Kochzeile eingebaut wurden. Schlüsselübergabe mit Schlüsselsafe, mit den Parkplätzen war es manchmal eng, da die Bauarbeiter der benachbarten Baustelle ihre Fahrzeuge dort abstellten.

Perfekt für Familienkurztrip
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, alles in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Apartment war sauber und der Check-in einfach und unkompliziert. Es war ruhig und die "Nachbarn" freundlich.

位置还好

Cons:

周围环境复杂，有建筑工地，有到处没有运走的垃圾，大门口扎堆的吸烟人群，这是目前在德国这么多天以来最复杂的住宿地。和页面图片差距挺大

Großes Zimmer in guter Lage
Pros:

Das 1-Raum Apartment lag relativ zentral nördlich der Konstanzer Altstadt und war sehr groß. Es befindet sich in einem alten Gebäude, das vor über hundert Jahren gebaut worden war. Eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank, Töpfen und Besteck reicht aus, um sich kleinere Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten.

Cons:

Wir empfanden die Geräusche und Stimmen der spanischen Nachbarn durchaus als störend. Als das Gebäude gebaut wurde, zu Kaiser Wilhelms Zeiten, spielte Schallschutz wohl noch keine große Rolle.

Logement situé dans un décor magnifique à proximité de la ville
Pros:

Le bâtiment ( ancienne base militaire française) ….la jardin et la table en bas de l‘immeuble pour dîner à l’extérieur avec d’autres personnes ( étudiants et autres touristes)

Cons:

Coin cuisine un peu trop étudiant . Pas très fonctionnel
