Der Ausblick ist traumhaft, das Essen leider nicht.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach atemberaubend und war auch der Hauptgrund für unsere Buchung. Wir hatten ein sehr großes Zimmer mit Balkon und direktem Blick auf die Pyramiden – wirklich etwas Besonderes. Das Zimmer selbst ist sehr schön und auch die beiden Hotelterrassen bieten einen traumhaften Ausblick auf die Pyramiden.

Cons:

Die Lage ist vermutlich eine der besten in Gizeh. Leider muss man jedoch sagen, dass die Umgebung außerhalb des Hotels, abgesehen von den Pyramiden, nicht besonders schön ist.
Das Abendessen dauerte leider sehr lange und kam schließlich kalt bei uns an. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber nichts Besonderes. Schade, weil es wirklich traumhaft wäre mit diesem Ausblick gut zu essen.

• Hizmet Anlayışı: Otel personeli ve genel yaklaşım biraz fazla "gelir odaklı". Şehir genelinde hakim olan bu tutum otelde de fazlasıyla hissediliyor; her adımda bir beklentiyle karşılaşmak yorucu olabiliyor.
• Konsept: Sadece kahvaltı seçeneği sunuluyor. Diğer öğünler için dışarıya bağımlı olmanız gerekiyor.

Spectacular location
Pros:

Absolutely amazing hotel really friendly staff spotlessly clean very comfortable rooms and reasonably priced but the view of the sphinx and pyramids from the balcony is breathtaking I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Cons:

Loud construction work with heavy machinery going on directly outside the hotel started at 2 am in the morning and continued through to around 7 am I have never experienced anything like this before and did not sleep much at all because of the noise. Although I am aware the hotel had no control over this and cannot be blamed in anyway

ロケーションはピラミッドの目の前で最高。ベッドは清潔だった。フレンドリーなスタッフもいた。

Cons:

レストランのスタッフ（特に女性）の対応が悪い。笑顔で接してくれとは言わないから、せめて客からの声掛けには従業員同士のおしゃべりは一旦やめて、話を聞いてほしい。

Volvería a este hotel. El staff fue muy amable con la familia.

Estancia agradable delante de las pirámides.
Para visitarlas no es obligatorio pagar guías, puedes hacerlo por tu cuenta. Las taquillas están delante el hotel.

Una noche celebraron una boda en un hotel cercano, había mucho ruido que a las 1 de la madrugada terminó.

Nous avons pris une chambre avec terrasse et vue imprenable sur les pyramides. Magnifique
Chambre spacieuse
Emplacement idéal pour l'accès au site des pyramides en 2min a pied.
Repas en demi pension, plat restreint (toute la carte n'est pas disponible) mais de très bonne qualité

Cons:

Transport hôtel gratuit mais finalement payant si nous ne prenons pas d'excursion chez eux mais on ne le saits qu'en arrivant.
Douche salle avec des cheveux et évacuation bouché, grille pas faite depuis longtemps.

Attention au Checkout ils ont voulu nous faire payer la demi pension en disant que ce n'était valable qu'une seule journée sur les 5 que nous avons pris... Pas très réglo alors que déjà payé avec Booking

Excellent location. You cannot get any closer to the Sphinx and side entry to the Pyramids grounds. Very good breakfast and the staff was excellent. Kind, friendly, efficient.

Vue exceptionnelle et entièrement dégagée
Lit spacieux et confortable
La gentillesse du personnel qui est toujours souriant et disponible

Cons:

La chambre king avec vue sur le sphinx est située juste sous la terrasse restaurant, elle est très bruyante le soir notamment à cause des bruits de chaises. La chambre basique au deuxième étage a beaucoup moins de problème de bruit.
