Una experiencia increíble. Estábamos tan a gusto que no dudamos en reservar una noche más para disfrutar un poco más de la estancia. Si buscas un hotel en Egipto donde no te sientas como un número más y te traten con auténtico respeto y cercanía, este es el lugar. La atención de todo el personal es sencillamente espectacular. Mención especial para Emad, que habla un italiano perfecto (ideal para los viajeros italianos). Además, la ubicación es genial: está súper cerca de la calle principal, por lo que puedes salir a pasear tranquilamente por la noche y tomarte un buen zumo natural. ¡Muy recomendable!

Me hicieron sentir en casa estando tan lejos… la bienvenida en el hotel, el recibimiento, el trato de todo el personal en específico de dos chicas muy gentiles y lindas! También el cocinero estuvo sumamente atento a todo, bebidas y chucherias de bienvenida y agua en botella cada vez que queríamos y lo atentos a todo por si necesitábamos algo. La ubicación es perfecta y bastante céntrica pude recorrer el centro tranquilamente hasta las 2 am sin ningún problema y aún así el hotel contaba con servicio de bebidas y comidas. Las instalaciones del hotel sencillo/clásico pero es con detalles que hacen la diferencia.
Dormimos plenamente, el aire acondicionado fue una ayuda increíble y más para el precio/calidad puedo decir 100/10 y sin contar que tomaron en cuenta a todos sus huéspedes, estábamos muy agotados y nos quedamos dormidos y cuando bajamos hacer el check out tenían el desayuno de nosotros empacado… nunca había vivido un gesto así, se los agradezco sumamente feliz y lo recomiendo muchisimo! Infinitas gracias, nuestra bienvenida en hurghada fue muy linda!!! شكراً على كل شيء

L accueil et la réactivité du personnel

All the hotel staff was incredible, and that really made a difference between other hotels in hurghada. Specially Mussa, that works in the reception, was amazing. He was always ready to answer all of our questions with a smile, solved all of our problems within minutes and he was so involved.

房間被免費升級為3人房，房間浴室都很大，免費提供的早餐很豐富，還可以送至房間，員工友善，服務非常專業，飯店在巷內很安靜，走出巷口就是胡爾加達最熱鬧的路段，很多很多商店跟餐廳

Все было замечательно.

Staff were very friendly. We ate the breakfast and lunch and it was good and tasty. Don’t come with high expectations, it’s a 1 star hotel. It’s decent if you need a room just to shower, eat something and sleep.
The staff is the highest plus of this hotel!

from the bar serving you nice drinks. On top of this you have the hidden lady's on the background Hannah and Aml the wizards of cleaning. They do not give you only professional kindness. But they give kindness by the heart they make you feel at home and comfortable.

Price was good .and mahmud young man was very nice man .he always ready to help u .thanks u

離市中心近，但晚上靠近巷子的一側又不會吵，很好睡。
早餐很豐盛，好吃。
員工超友善，並且願意隨時提供協助。

Понравилось расположение, недалеко идти до бульвара Марина, есть рядом два ресторанчика с вкусной едой и алкоголем.
