Desde el primer momento nos sentimos realmente bien recibidos.

La atención de todo el personal fue impecable: los recepcionistas, el equipo de cafetería, las personas encargadas de la limpieza… todos fueron increíblemente amables, atentos y predispuestos, haciendo que nuestra estadía fuera aún más especial.


Además, el hotel es hermoso, muy limpio, con instalaciones excelentes espacios pensados para disfrutar y descansar. Sin dudas, es un lugar donde uno se siente cómodo desde que llega hasta que se va.

¡Gracias a todo el equipo por hacer que nuestra estadía fuera tan linda! Sin duda volveremos.

Desayuno incompleto. Si llegaba después de las 8 . No encontraba casi nada. La chica de recepción muy antipática. En general el personal muy tenso y cortante. No explican lo que hay en el hotel. Suponen que uno sabe todo.

Frente a la playa, cerca del inicio de la.ciudad amurallada.

Cons:

El desayuno es básico, NO HAY AGUA CALIENTE EN LA DUCHA DEL DORMITORIO,en ninguna. Usan el agua natural.
Mucha gente y siempre estaba ocupada la pileta y sillones.
No me.gusto la agencia de viajes que ofrece paquetes ahí, no tuvimos buena experiencia, aunque es externo al hotel.

Abi inn el hotel un lugar con todo lo que esperas en Cartagena.
Pros:

Todo nos gustó: la calidad de la atención, lo amplio de la habitación, el el aseo y el confort. Muy recomendado.

Cons:

Depronto el desayuno el tercer día. Tenía mucha harina, pero la verdad es algo mínimo, el lugar super recomendado.
