Pros:

Essen hervorragend, hatten Halbpension. Wellnessbereich und Aussenpool Top !
Skifahren am Gletscher einfach traumhaft .

Cons:

Doppelzimmer Elsa war in Ordnung, nur Bad dürfte ein bisschen größer sein.
Leider kein Boxspringbett .

Room was a bit small for three of us, but hey, we spent very little time there and most of that in our beds.

Pros:

Easy to walk around and find what you’re looking for.

Cons:

The outside swimming pool was ……. for swimming, not a hot pool to relax (what I expected). The temperature of the water was 26-28 degrees and far from the sauna to use it for chilling out after that.

Pros:

Heerlijk verwenhotel met alle comfort en heerlijk eten. Buitenzwembad was heerlijk na het wandelen en skieen, gevolgd door zalig diner.

Cons:

Het bed was wat zacht voor ons. Bij het uitchechen kregen we het advies om dat volgende keer te zeggen, de matrassen kunnen blijkbaar omgedraaid worden.

Pros:

Приятен хотел, с вежлив персонал и ново спа.

Cons:

Стаята която бяхме запазили беше различна от тази която ни дадоха. Нашата не беше от реновираните. Вътре имаше постоянна странна миризма която не изчезваше. Ние бяхме с малко кученце за което платихме по 30 евро на ден. Отказаха да почистят стаята докато кучето беше вътре и ние бяхме на ски. Трябваше да си останем в хотела за да се случи почистване. Гардероба за ските е отделен от този за обувките, в четири звезден хотел никой не ни помогна с багажа нито на настаняване нито на напускане.

Pros:

Over decade we are coming back to stay at hotel Das Alois as much as possible every year in winter or in summer time.
Services, hospitality, gastronomy level, family approach to customers were as always exceptional.
On top of this, spa premises after reconstruction are really amazing !
