Δεν βρηκα κατι που να μην μας αρεσει.Ισως να θελαμε πιο παραδοσιακο στυλ τα δωματια κι οχι τοσο μινιμαλ αλλα ειναι ασημαντο αυτο μπροστα στην εξυπηρετηση και τις παροχες,Απλα γραφω για να συμπληρώσω λεξεις που μου ζηταει η εφαρμογη
The room wss spaciois and clean, bed was so so comfy!
The breakfast was delicious and the view was amazing. Staff was friendly and very helpfull
It would be nice if there were more fresh fruits at breakfast.
A shower is needed next to saina room.
Τα δωματια και το lobby μαζι με το χωρο του εστιατοριου είναι σαφώς καλύτερα από τις φωτογραφίες. Η θέα απ'όπου και να κοιτάξεις ειναι υπέροχη. Ωραιες επιλογές πρωϊνου και σνακ καθ'όλη τη διάρκεια της ημέρας. Πολύ εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Μεγάλος χώρος στάθμευσης. Ευχάριστες δραστηριότητες είτε με τα άλογα του καταλύματος για όλες τις ηλικίες.
On arrival at the hotel we were advised that the restaurant was closed. For dinner they could arrange a pizza or sandwich or go into town. Not what I was expecting from a supposedly 5* hotel. We were shown to our room - a suite. Not the cheapest at all. The shower door was not working properly, the shower interior was scratched and the shower was dirty. So we decided to use the spa. All facilities other than the swimming pool were closed. The pool area was flooded. There were two hotel employees mopping up the floor. The beds were dirty and at this stage we decided we'd had enough. The hotel was unwilling to refund us, so we turned to Booking.com, who have secured a return on 1/3rd (approx) of the. only we spent (wasted). I do not often complain, but to call this hotel 5* is a misnomer.
I am upset with the hotel, and its description. And with Booking.com for failing to return the funds in full.

Our experience was outrageously bad. Firstly, we came with our young children to celebrate Christmas holiday and from the beginning everything was just disappointing. Nothing is like what described on the website or on booking. For sure not value for money. To be honest, this should never be mentioned as a 5 starts hotel!! 3 would be more than enough. Nor spa resort, besides the (room temperature definitely not warm) swimming pool, nothing is working. The restaurant is not working, they offer only snacks. We have tried it on our first evening and it is just the leftovers from the buffet breakfast. Having mentioned that, the breakfast is very poor as well. I even had to ask for a bread roaster and they do not have that either. The beds are extremely soft and not comfortable. Our children even complained about back pain. Never happened to us before. We have booked 4 nights and left after one. The hotel owner, could not speak English , refused to listen to our complaints and not even consider cancellation or refund. We had to spend four hours on the line with booking having photos and evidence since the hotel owners refused to the cancellation. I would advise to people to read the low rate reviews and you will see that all complaints are about the same issues. HIGHLY NOT recommended!
A beautiful boutique hotel with gorgeous views, excellent breakfast and a lovely atmosphere. The staff is super welcoming and friendly, we had a wonderful time with our family. The place has a lot of animals (bunnies, cats, a dog, horses, goats), which my kids loved.
The hotel serves really good breakfast but for dinner we walked to the nearby town (10min walk).

Δεν ήταν θερμαινόμενη η πισίνα και είχαμε πάει με όρεξη για σπα αλλά δεν τα καταφέραμε. Επίσης οι ένοικοι του διπλανού δωματίου έκαναν πολύ φασαρία σε ώρες κοινής ησυχίας και χρειάστηκε να τους κάνω παρατήρηση.
Room is big but not fine
Shower floor was rough and broken.
Breakfast was very dull and food looked tired.

Το προσωπικό ήταν άψογο το πρωινό πολύ καλό και το ξενοδοχείο όμορφο
Το μόνο θετικό του καταλύματος ήταν το ευγενικό προσωπικό στην υποδοχή και οι όμορφοι εσωτερικοί χώροι.
Δίπλα υπήρχε μια φάρμα με άλογα που είχε δύο μεγάλα σκυλιά σε κλουβιά που μάλωναν και ζούσαν σε άθλιες συνθήκες ήταν συνεχώς στο κλουβί. Επισης στο κατάλυμα υπήρχε ένα μικρό σκυλάκι που μας είπαν ότι δαγκώνει και επειδή είχαμε και το δικό μας μαζί αυτό μας δυσκόλεψε αρκετά. Για pet friendly κατάλυμα θα ήθελα πιο σωστή συμπεριφορά για όλα τα ζώα. Το εστιατόριο ήταν κλειστό, η πισίνα κρύα που για ξενοδοχείο που θέλει να λέγεται πεντάστερο είναι απαράδεχτο.
