Pros:

The hotel is well managed, and the staff are helpful and friendly. Our rooms were small but clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed for a short stay.

Cons:

Our room faced the main road, so it could be noisy at times. This may be an issue for guests who are sensitive to noise, although it didn’t trouble us.

Lovely stay - was made to feel special by the staff.

Worst stay with someone's cigarette smoke in a tiny room
Cons:

Firstly, I was a bit surprised to see the size of room as a similar priced room in their HSR property was much better. But, the main issue was that when I came back from work late in the night - there was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room. The staff had no clue how that happened. I kept the room open for an hour and then tried to sleep - but got a severe headache and irritation in eyes & throat. It is a tiny room and the vents were not great. In fact, most likely the smoke from some other room came into my room. The staff tried a bit but was helpless. I asked for another room or an air purifier - which they didn't have. I had to keep my room open till 3am to let some of the smoke go. Had a breakfast meeting next day and had to do that with no sleep. Never staying here again. Really bad hotel design where smoke from one room is going to another. No windows let clean air in and clueless staff. While they have automated lot of stuff nicely using technology, the staff doesn't meet hospitality standards.
