I would stay again
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Bloom Hotel - Richmond Road. The hotel is exceptionally clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully designed. Although the rooms are compact, every corner is utilized efficiently, making the space feel comfortable rather than cramped.

As a solo female traveler, I found the property safe, convenient, and easy to navigate. The Richmond Road location is excellent, with easy access to key parts of Bengaluru and a pleasant neighborhood atmosphere.
One feature I particularly loved was the keyless room access system. Instead of carrying a key card, you simply enter a code, which eliminates the worry of losing or forgetting a room key. The hotel's tech-enabled experience extends to room service as well—amenities can be requested through a chat-based link, and the system provides real-time updates and delivery estimates.

The breakfast buffet offered a decent variety of Indian dishes and was reasonably priced (around ₹395 per person), making it a good value option. The reception area was clean and welcoming, and the staff were polite, professional, and always willing to help.

Pros:

The hotel is well managed, and the staff are helpful and friendly. Our rooms were small but clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed for a short stay.

Cons:

Our room faced the main road, so it could be noisy at times. This may be an issue for guests who are sensitive to noise, although it didn’t trouble us.
