• We recommend you that all restaurants and services (activities outdoor/indoor, treatments and Spa circuit, Gym, Kids Club, etc) must be reserved, due to the limited capacity. • Children less than 13 years old are not allowed to access to Sport Wellness Mountain Spa. Children from 13–18 years old must be always accompanied by an adult. Swimsuit, flip flops, and swimming cap are required to access the water circuit.

• No pools for swim are available in Winter season. We have a very nice outdoor pool for that but only open in summer and can be closed as per the weather conditions.

• For children we have the Kids Club: 3 consecutive hours of daily free access to the program of activities and entertainment with advance reservation required, for children from 4 to 12 years old. Children under 4 years of age may reserve the service at an additional cost.

• The American Express credit card is not accepted for payments throughout the country of Andorra from August 7, 2022. Pros:

Les chambres très spacieuses, magnifiquement décorée et propres,
literie très confortable, vue sur les pistes magnifique, des produits de bienvenue et des attentions dans la chambre tous les jours
Le petit déjeuner est excellent
Le spa est exceptionnel, la décoration de l’hôtel est magnifique

Cons:

La restauration du soir très moyenne par rapport au prix , personnel inégal au niveau de l’accueil,
Au spa j’ai été un peu déçu car la cabine d’aromathérapie était en panne …

Everything was perfect from the room, food, staff and facilities. Few times a year I get to stay at a property that was absolutely flawless. This is one of them!

Fantàstica i amb ganes de repetir!
Pros:

Tot! Personal super amable i professional. Si t’agrada esquiar, la comoditat és insuperable: t’aparquen el cotxe, et deixen els esquis a pista i no t’has de preocupar absolutament de res.

A banda d’això la qualitat dels restaurants és excepcional.

El recomanem totalment!:-)

Cons:

Tinc una filla de 10 anys. Entenc que la zona del SPA, hidroteràpia i gimnàs ha de ser un espai tranquil i de relax (segons les normes del hotel, permès a partir dels 13 anys i sense possibilitat de poder entrar amb una edat inferior i acompanyament de l.adult), però és cert que en altres hotels de bona qualitat reserven una hora al dia per espai infantil. Penso que és una molt bona opció per conciliar la tranquil.litat dels adults i alhora la convivència familiar.

Hotel incrível e sem dúvida o melhor de Andorra!
Pros:

localização, comida, conforto, atendimento da equipe, quarto amplo e muito bem decorado, vista da montanha e serviço justo com manobrista.

Cons:

Não teve nada que não tenha gostado. tudo perfeito e sem dúvidas voltarei em breve.

Pros:

Отдыхал в этом отеле много раз. Отличная локация, до подьемника три минуты. Очень хороший завтрак. Если номер с видом на горы, это счастье!

Cons:

На мой взгляд отель дороговат. Отель устал, требует косметического ремонта в номерах, пора заменить сантехнику.
