During my stay, I was in room 503. On the last night, the air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night, so I could not rest well. I hope this can be checked and improved.

員工超棒，水跟咖啡24小時供應很方便
Pros:

員工都非常友善而且樂於助人，早餐品項雖然不多但是都很美味，而且每天都會做變化

Cons:

會聽到飛機的聲音，半夜也是有，淺眠的人要留意，不過住了幾天也習慣了

Très bon rapport qualité prix, personnel adorable et très compétent, grande chambre et petit-déjeuner copieux et de qualité. Recommandé !

Cons:

Si vous voulez un silence absolu ce n'est peut-être pas l'idéal car les avions au départ de Chiang Mai passe au-dessus de l'hôtel, mais ce n'est pas non plus très bruyant.

Experience at bed was overall great, due to its lovely staff and breakfast. Be wary of mosquitoes
Pros:

Breakfast was great, had everything that was needed. The room and view were excellent with unlimited complimentary cold bottled water. The staff were impeccable, you won't find a hotel with better staff service.

Cons:

Open plan hotel meant that there were a lot of mosquitoes around in common areas (not in our room though). Location was a little challenging compared to a place we stayed at recently. A little harder to walk to Maya and around as the street its on is off a very busy road with little accessible paths.

조식이 맛있고 직원분들도 너무 친절하여 기분 좋은 숙박이 되었습니다.
위치도 마야몰과 가까워 쇼핑하기 좋아요. 다만 숙소 주변 인도나 횡단보도가 없어
차도로 돌아다니는데 어려움을 겪었습니다.

Cons:

수질이 좋지않아 샤워기를 한번 틀자마자 필터기가 흙색이 되었어요,
양치와 세수는 제공되는 생수로 하였지만 그것또한 재활용되는 용기라서 생수인지 알수 없었습니다.
호텔이 조금 눅눅했어요.

Comfy room, good price, nice breakfast, great location.
Pros:

This is my fourth time here (with my parents) since 2019, so we definitely love this place.
Good prices, nice breakfast, and a great location as well.
(The breakfast wasn’t quite the same as during our previous stay, but it was still great!) Unlimited drinking water is also available.
The staff are really nice and helpful. We were lucky to meet the owner on our last day. He was very nice and friendly.

Breakfast was the best I had by far among all the hotels I have visited. Quality over quantity

Approachable staff.

Toilet room and shower room is separated.

Soft and Comfy bed.

Cons:

Bedroom is not soundproof. I got interrupted in the middle of the night with loud bangings on multiple occasions.

During shower, water heater is not consistent. Sometimes workable. Sometimes not.
