La piscina y la vista

Cons:

Era una habitación familiar y el baño era abierto , muy incómodo. El domingo el desayuno estuvo bien ya que fue buffet, pero los otros días fue muy limitado.

Lovely stay at this hotel. With the exception of the entry road, highly recommend.
Pros:

The Hotel El Cielo en la Tierra is a stunning property. The views and rooms are just as pictured, the staff is friendly, and the food is delicious. We were very comfortable on the property, and found our stay very relaxing.

Cons:

The one major flaw of this hotel is the entry. In order to access the hotel, you must drive down a long, unpaved road. The road is comprised of one pot hole after another, and makes for a very uncomfortable and disconcerting entry to an otherwise beautiful property. Aside from being unpaved, the road is unmarked and unlit, making it particularly difficult to drive down at night.

Un hotel muy bonito. Vale la pena ir.
Pros:

Muy buen sitio. La comida muy rica y el sitio muy bonito.

Cons:

No informan sobre si el agua es potable o no. Ponen aguas en las habitaciones y terminan cobrándolas a un precio excesivo $9.500 por botella. Al menos que lo informen con anticipación.

The tranquility, cleanliness, staff, garden, and the peaceful were all 10/10.

Cons:

For a property with so many qualities and natural beauty, the lack of a drinking water dispenser for guests, or even a complimentary bottle of water daily, is a significant drawback. I've traveled to different countries on different continents, and for accommodations of this quality and with such good service, missing such a simple detail detracts from the excellence that such a well-maintained property should have. Nevertheless, we recommend the hotel and restaurant, and we appreciate the excellent service from everyone, especially Jason in the restaurant for his attention and recommendations.
