Spa facilities are nice, but nothing that exceed the average. The hotel is very quiet.
We booked for one night. The hotel only provide 30min of spa service for free. We asked for a massage and there were not employees to provide the service. The spa is open 9am to 6pm, but massage employee only work from 10 to 5pm!!! The inside pool is free of charge an 30min too in the same hours. Since the checkin is at 3pm and checkout 11am we really could not enjoy our stay at all. The 30min spa and pool is not advertised at reservation. The front office employee instead of solving the issue, provided the his boss cellular for us to talk. The restaurant was extremelly expensive (double of what we paid for the same quality of food) but there are no choice since the closed alternative is 1:30hs far from the hotel. The room is extremely tight (like a NYC one) and the bathroom fits ONLY one person at a time. Shower curtain does not fit the shower space. Definitely, we will not return.

La struttura è molto bella e curata, soprattutto gli spazi condivisi. La piscina termale ha una parte esterna dove si può rimanere anche in inverno perché l'acqua è piacevolmente calda (in estate invece non si resiste molto). Il problema sono le camere! Abbiamo provato sia le doppie che le matrimoniali, in entrambi i casi sono estremamente piccole, 11 metri reali! Non c'è posto neanche per i bagagli.
La dimensione delle camere, piccolissime. I letti singoli sono sottodimensionati, un uomo di 1,80 e 90kg non riesce a dormirci. Il matrimoniale va un po' meglio. Ma la cosa più fastidiosa di tutte è che al checkout non ti fanno partire finché un addetto non ha verificato la camera e controllato che tu non abbia rubato qualcosa!! Vergognoso. Per i soldi che chiedono potrebbero avere un po' più di rispetto verso i clienti e non considerarli ladruncoli di asciugamani!!
La proximité de tous les équipements. Il faut comprendre que le spa est partagé par les clients de l’hôtel et le public mais que les premiers ont à leur disposition exclusive une grande piscine intérieure d'eau thermale très agréable. L’hôtel a été refait entièrement et tout est impeccable. Super salle de bains (douche en particulier). Bon restaurant sur place.

Beautiful location with excellent facilities. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, if a little small. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great massage.
The spa is great, but access is quite restricted and needs to be pre-booked. Times allowed in the thermal pool, baths, sauna and steam room are strictly controlled and quite short. Temperatures in the sauna and steam room are low - around 60 degrees in the sauna. Restaurant is good, but don't believe the steak doneness guidance.

El lugar donde está ubicado
Las habitaciones muy chiquitas, incomodas, baño muy chico, la atención es mala, tiene muchas restricciones, es un lugar para relajarse y te dicen a todo que no se puede. Es básicamente un lugar donde todo es no. Los lugares en común están vacíos como si estuvieran de adorno porque nadie se puede sentar. No te dejan disfrutar de ningún espacio. La habitación es tan chica que no entra ni una silla
