Pros:

Loved the location just 2 min stroll to the beachfront and walk a lovely sandy beach for miles down and back up the prom. The apartment was so clean when we arrived and looked exact same as photos! Our patio was large as on ground floor so view of the pool.

Cons:

Well the pool was closed. Yes it was March but I had specifically asked if it was open when I booked and was told yes. I know it was 15 degrees but I would happily have sat out by the pool.

What made that issue worse was I asked a male receptionist was the pool closed he said yes. I told him I was told it would be open and he answered well it's not! Very rude. I continued to ask why was I told it was open then and he said it wont open till June. That is totally wrong information. I've been in salou before in April and may and pools were open. He threw his arms in the air and said look its closed! I complained to booking.com and got a sorry that's it.

Also a self catering apartment I would expect a kettle but was none. Most Irish & English people love their cuppa. Not sure about other countries. I had to rent one for €14. She said for 7 days. I only stayed 5! It was well used but I think it should be standard in apartment

Good value and location
Pros:

Ideal location, close to the beach, restaurants & supermarkets!
Good value for what you’re getting. Apartment was modern enough inside. We got upgraded to a two bedroom apartment which was lovely upon check in, the girl was very friendly & welcoming!

Cons:

No kettle/iron/toaster (Have to pay extra to request)
No extra toilet rolls
Not cleaned on daily basis, no fresh towels / bed sheets
Walls are way too thin, can hear others very loudly in the apartment as well as when they flush the toilet
Young girl at reception was a bit rude when asked to book a taxi for the airport for following day. It seemed she didn’t really know what to do and seemed frustrated booking a taxi.

Pros:

Заезд в номер с 12 часов, но так как мы добирались из другого города и рассчитывали на поздний заезд, я указала 17 часов, получилось так, что приехали мы в 15, на регистрации сказали -ровно в 17 заезд!!!!! В номере на 5 человек, было одно одеяло и остальное тонкие пледы с детских садов разрезаные на 2 еще. Учтите пол плиточный, очень холодный, если рассчитываете ходить босыми. Расположение отеля замечательное!

чисто, нормально, але суворі вимоги і депозит 200 евро

Були взимку. великий чистий номер, гарні ковдри, посуд

Cons:

в ванні кран був ненадійно в умивальнику зафікосваний тож було відчуття що він може поломатись . В номері не було одноразових капців і взимку було дуже холодно ходити по підлозі це дуже сильно дратувало. На рецепції запросили велечезний депозит в 200 евро я такого ще в жодній країні не бачив! Оформлення було дуже довгим треба було підписати якийсь документ про депозит, ще й цей депозит можуть не повернути якщо буде щось брудно чи поламана. Це дуже роздратувало.

Blue beach.
Pros:

Central in Salou. I had a penthouse, thank you Blue beach but I'm fairness I've stayed there alot.

Cons:

Noisy from other guests banging doors and dragging furniture.
