Unprofessional reception staff. Won’t come back, despite the nice breakfast with a view
Pros:

The room was as described. Breakfast had plenty of options, but the coffee was average, especially being in Sweden. The main building is warm and welcoming, while the smaller buildings are just rooms in a big container.

Cons:

Being fooled on unclear pricing is always unpleasant, when you’re on vacation is even worse. The person at reception desk, besides not fluent in English, was unprofessional and acted poorly in multiple circumstances. To name one: we booked a dinner offer via Booking.com, paid it in advance, confirmed it upon check-in with the staff; when we went to the restaurant we were handed a menu WITHOUT PRICES and just being asked to pick meat or fish. Upon checkout, we were charged +700 SEK for the starter and tiny dessert (on top of the “special offer” we already paid), claiming that we ordered those à la carte. We complained and the person at reception desk just blamed the restaurant staff. It was very unpleasant and, even after contacting Booking.com customer service, we were not able to get a full refund.
Also, please be aware that the price for the SPA is double than what you read on Booking.com. We did not like the unclear pricing policy.
