Příjemný personál, pokoj čistý a uklizený, možnost využít bazénu a hřiště na padel nebo tenis.

Zařízení,.čistota a klidné prostředí takřka uprostřed města.

Cons:

Bohužel v celém hotelu netekla teplá voda, což pokazilo celkový dojem.
Nebylo ani upozornění ze strany recepce natožpak nějaká kompenzace ze strany hotelu.

Pros:

Hotel celkově zanechal dobrý dojem – pokoje byly čisté, personál příjemný a snídaně chutné.

Cons:

Jediné, co nás trochu zklamalo, byla venkovní bazénová zóna. K dispozici byly pouze tři lehátka pro všechny hosty, takže najít volné místo bylo téměř nemožné. Bylo by skvělé, kdyby hotel jejich počet navýšil, protože by to výrazně zvýšilo komfort hostů.

Fajna lokalizacja na rodzinny wyjazd weekendowy. Urocze miejsce 2 km od centrum. Przemiła obsługa :)

Cyklistický výlet na závod Krakonošův cyklomaraton.

Velmi ochotny a obětavý personál , nikde jsem se s takovou ochotou a přátelskou snahou nesetkal.

Bardzo ładne pokoje, czyste umeblowane gustownie, obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Hotel z dala od centrum ale jak dla nas to na plus. Śniadania dobre, standardowy szwedzki stół, każdy wybierze cos dla siebie.

Okno przy ulicy, na noc musi byc włączona wentylacja i zamknięte szczelnie okno, inaczej szum z ulicy przeszkadza.

Lokalita vpořádku všude čisto.

Cons:

Snídaně oba dva dny vše studené vejce párky fazole. Výběr dostačující ale studené. Obě noci tekla pouze studená voda.
