Locating, rooms.

The hotel was a big positive surprise for us. The staff was excellent. The room was comfortable. We even got upgrade to suite. The breakfast was tasty and varied. The pool is a huge plus. Big enough to swim. Nice relax area around. Parking is also easy and safe.
The breakfast wasn't buffett every day and sometimes there was some misunderstanding what we ordered
Swimming pool was decent but after swimming I started having itching,so there is some problem with the water.
Food was pathetic,there was no curtain in the bathroom anyone can see from outside while you are using Commode or bathing, initially while booking it was showing that free shuttle service to airport is available however when I contacted hotel for the same they charged me 20$ for the same.
Overall not worth for money.

We came as a family of three (mum, dad and 2 year old baby), just for one night before heading off to another destination. It was a great stopover for us. The breakfast was plentiful, service was friendly, there was a rooftop pool which we had a great splash in, and the restaurant has the most delicious giant fish! There was also a play area for kids which was an added bonus, with swings, trampoline (just keep an eye on your small kids), and sand.
Some of the facilities are not amazingly thought out - we had to keep an eye on our child a lot as there were a few hazards (odd steps, open windows he could fall through, and he managed to sneak through the bars of our balcony! So if travelling with small children, just be aware. There was also quite a lot of noise from a nearby bar, so if yiou're a light sleeper, ask for a room further from the noise perhaps.

Hot water was not available on Saturday and Sunday
The hotel was very clean, and the staff were just wonderful; the receptionists were ready to help anytime and were very polite. I want to give a special shout to Annet and her team at the Reception and the Restaurant Supervisor and her Team, they always call me for breakfast if they don't see me in time. I appreciate all of them. I promise to stay there again anytime I am in Entebbe.
The food is fantastic, but I am not used to it, although I still eat.

Nice pool
When first arrived our room wasn’t ready, had to stay in a tiny room that wasn’t big enough to even put the baby travel cot up but charged the same money as a luxury room.
After we got moved the next day the room was much better but cleaners thought they had authority to pick my 1 year old child up by one arm when she was sleeping which was totally unacceptable.
I was so angry they even touched my child let alone wake her up by lifting her with one arm.
There was several times we had to send food back due to staff not listening.. also I once asked for a plain cheeseburger.. they sent a cheese bun with no meat twice before they admitted they didn’t actually even have a beef burger.
When leaving the receptionist had messed with our dates and put us down to leave a day earlier than we expected then charged us an extortionate amount.
I wouldn’t go back to this place if you paid me.

The location is great close to the airport and the hotel airport shuttle was super affordable ,ms Annet was super helpful and super polite Always there whenever we needed her ☺️
The service was brilliant, the view of Lake Victoria was fantastic..our room was really good, the bed was so comfortable did not want to get out in a morning
Having no fridge in our room was a real let down and this was one of the biggest let downs...the restaurant meals were really good but there were times when what was on the menu they could not serve because they just did not have any certain foods...really bad let down
Sometimes the wifi would go off for hours and was really annoying, especially when the tv is connected to the WiFi
