已經住過多次了，一直都是以服務為宗旨的飯店，除了這次遇到不優的鄰居，整晚不是罵小孩，就是小孩的玩鬧嘻笑聲，以及大人大聲言談聲音，一直吵鬧到凌晨一點多才消停，除此之外都是完美的，再次感謝貴公司的服務
Pros:

貴飯店的服務品質很棒，能協助帶小孩出門的不便的東西，已經住過多次了，總覺得越來越好，非常感謝貴飯店準備的嬰兒床，讓小孩能好好休息

Cons:

不知道哪一間的旅客一直吵鬧到凌晨一點多，實屬打擾到我們一家的休息

Pros:

櫃檯服務員很熱情且有事請求協助很快速處理，地點位於商業中心點很方便餐飲及購物，上高速交流道很近去台南景點也很便利。早餐在頂樓景觀很好，下次到台南會再住這裡。

Cons:

停車場夜間照明不足，夜間停車時地不平有點危險。停車後踏到洞腳造成腳踝扭傷。幸好櫃檯服務員迅速提供冰袋冰敷且多次關懷提供協助，非常好的服務。
