Nuwara Eliya Charm!

We had a a fantastic stay at the Royal Cocoon. My wife and I are on holiday and we were so pleased with the atmosphere, lovely and pristine gardens on the property, and must mention the delightful staff. We would like to extend our special thanks to the staff for their courtesies, especially Mr. Sevin, who went out of the way to assure our comfort and needs were met with professionalism and timeliness.

The building has a classic architectural appeal and charm, and our room was well appointed. The property is located conveniently close to the town, and all the attractions we wanted to experience were within walking distance.

We even extended our stay an additional night.

素晴らしい庭園と温かいおもてなしの宿

ウェルカムティーから始まり、お部屋も本当に素敵で、特にお手入れの行き届いたお庭の美しさには感動しました。
Wi-Fiについては、客室では少し弱めでしたが、ロビーではスターリンクを導入されており、快くロビーを貸してくださったので仕事や作業もスムーズにできました。
朝食も大変美味しく、心温まる滞在になりました。ありがとうございました！

特にないです。しいていえばお湯を使うときに水漏れしてたかな？そんなに気にならなかったです。
