Przyjechałem po 21 godzinie. Okazało się że moja rezerwacja zaginęła. W czasie kiedy odbywały się dni NATO niezwykle ciężko jest znaleźć coś w okolicy. Recepcjonistka machnęła ręką, powiedziała że to wina bookingu i zostaliśmy na ulicy. Podróżuje często, ale taka sytuacja zdarzyła mi się pierwszy raz. Hotel nie poczuwa się do odpowiedzialności. Realnie za noclegi zapłaciłem dwukrotnie więcej, a zwrot z hotelu otrzymałem niższy niż zapłaciłem. Przed rezerwacją w tym hotelu sprawdźcie czy na pewno wasza rezerwacja tam dotarła
