The all inclusiveness of the hotel was great!
Some staff were not the most pleasant when it comes to manners.
Staff, food, facilities were all perfect with no complaints. High standards set which were maintained throughout our visit.
Staff at all levels were always, polite, helpful and courteous.

The hotel is an oasis amidst a fairly rundown area. Whilst it does not detract from the quality of the hotel which, I believe, encourages you to stay within the complex. There are a limit to things when it comes to entertainment but as it is an adults exclusive venue then I suppose the clientele will dictate what entertainment is provided.
Final minor point, for me anyway, was the very limited choice of scotch whisky. Not a malt in site.
It was so luxurious, the staff were very welcoming and knew who everyone was and where they were staying. The food was fantastic and nothing was a problem for anyone.

We had a wonderful time at King Jason Zante and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. The resort is beautiful, modern, peaceful, and maintained with great attention to detail. Everything feels high-quality, stylish, and at the same time very relaxed — exactly the right place for couples looking for a special getaway.
What we would especially like to highlight is the entire hotel team. Several weeks before our arrival, I had already been in contact with the hotel because I wanted to plan a very special moment during our stay: my proposal. From the very beginning, I received incredibly warm, professional, and attentive support. I would especially like to mention Chryssa, who helped me with the planning with so much dedication, patience, and attention to detail. She played a major role in making this moment perfect and unforgettable for us.
From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed very warmly and even received a room upgrade, which made us incredibly happy and made the stay feel even more special right from the start. Our room was beautiful, very clean, modern, and the terrace with pool access was a real highlight.
Throughout our entire stay, the service was outstanding. Every member of staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful without ever being intrusive. We felt welcome and very well taken care of from the very first moment.
The entire pool area, the restaurants, and all public areas were always well maintained and very pleasant. The food was also excellent: varied, fresh, and of very high quality. We particularly enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere in the restaurant and the consistently attentive service.
For us, this stay was not just a holiday, but a very special chapter in our lives. King Jason Zante, and especially the wonderful team, helped make this time something we will never forget.

We stayed at this hotel for a week and honestly have no complaints at all. From the very beginning, the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was very spacious and comfortable, with direct access to the pool, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The sea view from our room was absolutely spectacular and really helped us relax and enjoy our stay even more.
The hotel is located a bit further away from the Tsilivi main street, so it was quiet and calm, but still close enough to restaurants and supermarkets.
We only booked bed & breakfast, so we can’t comment on the restaurants or the bar. The breakfast buffet was not very varied, but we still think there was something for everyone (warm buffet, salad bar, fresh fruit, etc.).
If I had to mention something negative, it would really be just nitpicking, as overall we had a great experience :)

Odprúčam tento hotel každému, kto si chce oddýchnuť v krásnom a tichom prostredí. Človek sa tu naozaj cíti ako kráľ. Žiadne zákazy, príkazy, obmedzenia. Personál úžasný, ústretový. Určite sa do tohto hotela vrátim!
Nebolo nič.
We had the private Island Room and it was better than we expected. We liked everything about the property, from the staff to the room, the facilities, the food, the view and every night they had live artists to play some music. Everything was perfect and we enjoyed every minute of our vacation. They also booked for us a private island tour which turned to be very fun. We want to thank especially miss Anna for being so kind, we had a problem with one of our activities in charge by a third party and she did everything she could to arrange everything for the best and also by guiding us.
