Nostalgia Hotel（Beijing Tiananmen Square）

Very cozy hotel. Bed was really comfy and room was spacious. Had everything it needed plus some free extras in the room

Wielki plus za czystość. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, bo w centrum, blisko do przystanku autobusowego i metra. Pieszo też możesz dojść do najważniejszych atrakcji.
Hotel znajduje się w hutongach bardziej „lokalnych” niż komercyjnych, więc jeżeli chcesz poznać klimat prawdziwych Chin to jest to miejsce dla Ciebie, ale weź pod uwagę to że będzie głośno (nie w samym hotelu) z nieprzyjemnym zapachem.

Very good Location to explore Beijing

This hotel is located in a very strategic location. The snacks provided were very grateful

Location was great for us. The staff were very friendly and helpful they offered to move us to a lower floor because of my handy cap. Which I turned down because it was not to big enough problem to move.

Exceptional hospitality and perfect location - A true gem in Beijing!
Pros: The location is perfect, blending traditional Hutongs with modern life, right next to Dashilan shopping street and walking distance to Tiananmen Square and forbidden city.

The Wi-Fi works great, and I used my VPN easily. There’s a travel agency right across the hotel that booked all my tours. The room service is outstanding; it's cleaned daily, and they provide free water, fruit milk, Nescafé, and tea every single day.

The hospitality is amazing: free breakfast and dinner, plus welcome and farewell meals. I want to express my sincere gratitude to the staff:

Nuoxi (诺西): When I arrived from the airport, I didn't have any local currency to pay the taxi fare, so she kindly paid it for me. This level of help and professionalism is truly appreciated!

Xiaoyan (小严): He was incredibly helpful during my departure, assisting me with my heavy luggage and personally arranging a taxi for me.

These personal touches made my stay unforgettable.

The location, the staff super friendly, and everything

I’ve been to so many places and stayed in lots of hotels but Nostalgia has honestly been the best one by far.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful all the time and they made my stay extra special.

I arrived on my birthday and they not only decorated my room but also surprised me with a birthday cake!!!

On my last day they even left a handwritten goodbye letter and some postcards from Beijing!

Also, location is just perfect, super close to everything and easy access to subway.

I’ll 100% stay here any time I’m back in Beijing.

A couple of weeks ago we had an absolutely fantastic experience visiting Beijing and picked Nostalgia Hotel for accommodation! There are no words to describe how fretful we are for all the receptionists support.

We arrived after midnight and were quite tired. So it was really surprising to meet not only one, but two staff members, who helped us with the check in and luggage. There is no elevator in the building, so one of the staff took our heavy suitcase upstairs,while we’ve been offered some tea, hot water and midnight snacks - which was exactly what we were needed after a difficult flight and coming from the cold street.

The room was warm and cosy. Very clean with a little character which we loved. Being told that it may feel cold in this time of the year, we’ve never used an aircon, even during some cold nights, as it was actually warm inside.
Daily cleaning surprised with refilling complimentary snack bar. You’d never stay hungry, even though we booked a room without breakfast. Talking about which, we wanted to buy their breakfast for the first day, however, their beautiful staff at the reception offered this breakfast for us for free as a part of Chineese tradition, as a mail meal of the day. They took us to the local cadet just near by where we had absolutely incredible experience having traditional dumplings, porridge and eggs to start our day with. Absolutely amazing hospitality. We could not expect more! But then we tried their laundry service, which was super fast, and very convenient. Honestly, didn’t expect to get it done for free in the middle of Beijing!

Absolutely incredible stay! We’ve been able to have a late check out and also received such a sweet letter from the staff members written in Russian (we are Russians from New Zealand), we were speechless!

Highly, highly recommended!

Forgot to mention: Amazing location - right in the middle of the capital. And also very close to a local subway!
