Host was super nice and stay was really great.
Pros:

I reserved Holliday Surf hotel based of kitchen because I am traveling with my family. The room was decent for us, had a full kitchen with pots and utensils. Room had a double queen bed and bed frame was so comfortable to sleep.

Pros:

Upon arrival, we were exhausted after a 24-hour journey, and the room didn’t initially live up to the expectations set by the photos. However, the longer we stayed, the more we grew to appreciate the helpful staff, the daily housekeeping with fresh towels, and the fantastic location—right in the heart of the Waikiki buzz and just a short walk from the beach.

Cons:

The hotel is located on a busy main road, and the traffic never truly dies down. You will definitely need earplugs for a good night’s sleep. Additionally, if you are traveling from Europe, be prepared for a different standard of cleanliness; however, it is something you eventually get used to.

Pros:

I arrived at 6pm,,reception ofc closed,I telephoned reception ,was told I could check in at 8 pm!!
I left to another hotel,, third world experience!!

Cons:

Reception office was closed at 6pm when I arrived with booking.com reservation,,I telephone posted number and was told to wait two hours to check in,,third world quality!!

We had a great time here and would definitely recommend Holiday Surf Hotel to anyone visiting Waikiki!
Pros:

We truly enjoyed our stay at Holiday Surf Hotel. I traveled with my 16-year-old daughter and we stayed for nine nights. The location is perfect — close to everything in Waikiki, including the beach, restaurants, and shops.

The hotel was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We arrived early and were pleasantly surprised that our room was ready right away. On our departure day, the staff also kindly allowed us to check out at 12 instead of 11, which helped a lot since our flight was at 3 pm.

Our room was cleaned every day and the towels were replaced daily, which we really appreciated. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the whole experience felt easy and comfortable.

Cons:

The only small thing we noticed was the curtains. They are big and heavy and a little hard to open. It might be nice if they were replaced with two separate curtains so the window could open fully. Sound-proof and blackout curtains would also be a great improvement. But honestly, this is a very minor detail compared to the overall great experience.
