Ottimo compromesso posizione /prezzo , diciamo così .
Pros:

La posizione eccellente . Dopo aver conosciuto Honolulu , posso confermare la posizione eccellente come base per poter girare l’isola .apprezzata la cucina per potersi far da mangiare .

Cons:

Hotel con arredamenti molto datati , ma per uno che viaggia , e che sta in hotel solo a dormire , va bene lo stesso .

Pros:

It was.central to everything and walking distance to the beach. Our room was clean and private. The kitchenette was really good. Would stay again

Good location, but the room is not decent enough.
Pros:

The location is really good. Walking distance to the famouse beach. A lot of shopping and eating facilities nearby.

Cons:

The property manager said that the hotel check-in is only by oppointment. I had some delay on my car rental process, which made me worry about the check-in. When I arrived (a little late), nobody is there. I rang the bell (also can make a phone call), and after about 5 mins, the owner showed up and assisted on check-in. I hope the manager can give the phone or bell as an option in advance so that guests don't need to worry about being late.
The room is kind of messy. Too much stuff. The sofa is somewhere nobody goes to. Maybe the building needs to be renovated.

Posizione e location interessanti, vicino al centro e in servizi

Cons:

Struttura priva di qualsiasi servizio al cliente. c'è una macchinetta all'ingresso della struttura, è veramente assurdo per il pezzo che si paga
Personale inesistente.
Fate attenzione se ritardate di qualche minuto il tempo di check-in, vi vengono addebitati 50$ senza storie.
È assurdo in quanto i 50$ sono regalati, oltre ad un prezzo ingiustificabile che già viene pagato per la stanza.
Ci sono tante alternative in zone che fanno un livello molto più alto di servizio.

Great option for someone on a budget!
Pros:

The hotel was clean, staff friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early without any additional fee. Location was convenient. We were able to take the bus from the airport to hotel, and from hotel to cruise ship port. Beds and pillows are comfy. Price was Awesome!

Cons:

Windows are old single pane slat windows that crank open; so it can be noisy at night, but the AC unit drowned out the noise. And when the afternoon sun shines it can be hot, but the thick curtains kept the room cool. There is not a 24 hr front desk, but Ring camera to contact the staff; which worked well for us.
