would like to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience. To begin, I called both the day before and the morning of my check-in to confirm whether early check-in would be available. I was informed that it would be, for an additional fee, which I agreed to and paid. However, upon arrival, I was denied early check-in despite this prior confirmation. Additionally, the condition of the property was unacceptable. The hallway had a strong, unpleasant odor, and the staff member on duty that morning provided poor and unprofessional customer service. Furthermore, I was asked to switch rooms because my originally assigned room was not ready. The second room I was given was in extremely poor condition it contained dirty towels left on the rack, visible stains on the bed and headboard, and lacked basic necessities such as toilet paper and clean towels. Overall, the cleanliness standards and level of service were far below expectations. Housekeeping procedures clearly need improvement, and front desk staff would benefit from additional training in professionalism and customer service.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend staying at this property.

There’s everything wrong with this place beds are not clean staff is not helpful rooms smell bad stains everywhere u go the rooms are infested with cockroaches rooms are ugly old and smelly would never in my life go here agin I do not even stay the full two days I left the next day it’s disgusting worst hotel ever

No it was horrible I hated it it was dirty I just left and asked for a refund and it was horrible I wanted to not book with booking .com but it’s not your fault but mine was not looking but it was overall nasty walking thru the halls and the elevator was write up with gang signs and I don’t even want to talk about the room

The bathroom was a bummer shower and tub where a bit dirty couldn't enjoy me a bath no towels just a a pair of medium size hand towels and half roll of toilet paper was the kill for me

from the time I walked in I was disappointed. It smells so bad of feet cigarettes and musk. First room we went into. The bed was broken. The tv didn’t work at all. There was roaches coming out of the ac. We had to go ask for another room. The send room smelled real bad. And more roaches. Ac didn’t work. I would never be back.
