It was pleasant. The cleaning lady really helped me out because of a fall. Staff terrific.
Pros:

I liked the location of the room and the lobby.

Cons:

no refrigerator in the room and not enough plugs for phones, etc.

Pros:

Very cute historic hotel with a lot of charm. We absolutely loved the balcony and the room accommodations were very comfortable!

Cons:

The reviews don’t lie, it is very loud! There was a train that continued through the night, a concert in the park across the street, and we could hear the guests in the room next-door snoring. If that’s a deal breaker for you, don’t stay here!

Winter Park is a great town and the Plaza located near shops and great restaurants. We ate at the Prato twice and loved

Excellent location! The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. This is a historical hotel, with great charm. You will hear the train and the walls are thin, but our stay was comfortable. The AC worked well, and next time we will get a balcony room.

Disappointed
Pros:

There is Vintage charm and there's old and run down, sadly this hotel is the latter. Have stayed in several vintage turn of the century hotels, and this one is in sad shape.
Be warned the hotel has no parking lot and there is no overnight street parking. We are not TV people, but the computer screen size will be a shock for ones that do.
Also check the Google maps to see that hotel is a block from a very active train tracks, lots of trains...

Pros:

The location of this hotel is perfect. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. The room was unique, clean, and comfortable. We will definitely return and will try to book one of their balcony rooms!

I loved the hotel, the location and the lovely balcony, and ability to get food delivered from next
Pros:

Everything was great, except you could not see the Tv from the bed. We were in room 204. I enjoy watching TV from my bed at night.

Excellent location
Pros:

Location, location, location!!

Cons:

Because of the Booking.com description of the room, I was under the impression that our deluxe queen would have a balcony. That room type does not. I was disappointed.

Great location but property is neglected and needs work
Pros:

Balcony was honestly only aspect we liked. The room and shower were not clean and were very dated. Sink in bathroom clogged after brushing teeth and housekeeping staff didn't even notice! Air conditioner threw small black pieces of dirt all over the bed- not good

Location was excellent— you can’t find a closer place to Park Ave and all the restaurants/bars.

Cons:

Bedding had multiple stains on it which was very off-putting. Walls are also super thin making it hard to have privacy.

Location is unbeaten. You are staying walking distance of must attractions, stores and restaurant.

Cons:

The noise didn't bother us, but it might bother some people. Hotel rooms are above noisy restaurant. You are provided earplugs.

Pros:

Charme de l'hôtel, boissons à disposition gratuites, accessibilité facile et près du parking, historique de l'hôtel. Minibar avec bouteilles de vin et champagne dans la chambre.

Cons:

Vu l'ancienneté de l'hôtel, les murs sont très fins et laissent entendre tout les bruits que font les voisins.
Vague de froid a Orlando ce moment là, il faisait très froid dans la chambre et pas de chauffage...
