At breakfast lassi drinks, paratha not fresh. Mix tea 15-18 litres drum was so dirty

It's was clean, rooms were big. Everything was systematic. Staff was really great specifically Ms Masoom at the reception. She was too kind and helpful.

Cons:

Room service was too late. Every time I called, it took at least 15 to 20 mins to come and it happened every time. That needs attention and improvements. Otherwise all great👍

Pros:

It was clean, rooms were really big, location is great, Ms Masoom a at the reception was kind and very helpful. She offered me two more rooms options and commited to upgrade. She is really a great resource for the company.

Cons:

Room service was very late. It took too much time for food and everything to arrive. Lifts needs improvement, they are very slow and very small. Otherwise other things are great.
