Lovely ambience and serenity but no hot water in shower made your stay uncomfortable.
Pros:

The location was convenient for daily commute, the surrounding neighbourhood was nice, and the ambience and quietness suited my taste.

Cons:

The price paid for the deluxe room was quite high, and I believe it is not value for money for the following reasons.
1. The room purposely did not have an iron so they could charge extra for this basic facility; I paid a significant amount for ironing ordinary clothes.
2- The room has mild warm water, let alone hot or extra-hot. This is part of the essentials for any top-standard hotel like Nine Tree, despite complaining twice but to no avail.
3- The room should have a small study or executive desk for using a laptop.
