Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ καλό.
Η τοποθεσία ήταν κοντά στη πόλη και ο εξωτερικός χώρος του ξενοδοχείου ήταν πολύ καλός, με μεγάλο κήπο πολύ ωραίο διαμορφωμένος.

The owners were very friendly and always available to make my stay as pleasant as possible. The rooms were o.k. for a two-star hotel.
The air condition was old and noisy. I suggest that they replace these air conditions with new ones.

Not suitable for international travellers unless they are looking for a very low budget arrangement. Our mistake to pick up Manolada (where the hotel is) as a stop over on our way to south Peloponnese: it is a rural area, and the hotel is in the middle of agricultural fields with all the inconveniences that it can generate: insects and fertilizers in particular. The structure itsel is very old and not in particular good shape (when we booked we thought it was a very simple place, but would not have imagined to that extent). The friends we were travelling were shocked, did not sleep because they were afraid there would be bed bugs (there were not, as a matter of fact) and decided to throw away the beach towel they had hanged outside their room because it smelled bad of fertilizer after one night hanging outside.

The personnel were very nice and helpful, the place is clean and quiet. The air conditioning is efficient and doesn't directly face the bed, so you can keep it on all night. There were no mosquitoes. Maybe they all died from the heat this summer. The breakfast is abundant. I didn't use the swimming pool, but it was well maintained and it would definitely be useful for people with children.
Even though it's near the sea, you still need a car to go to the beach (unless you fancy a 1 km walk in the sun) because there is no direct path from the hotel. Some of the furniture is worn out and there's no desk, even if there's a lot of space to put it. The mattress was hard, but I was warned by the previous reviews, so I brought a thin foam mattress to put under the sheet and I slept well.
Value for price the hotel deserves a 5 star rating, the room was fully equipped, clean and comfortable. The bonus of a swimming pool with drinks available from the most friendly management and staff was incredible. Whilst your own transport is required there are two magnificent restaurants within 4 minutes’ drive.
