Finoman elegáns és kedves. Az ár-érték arány meglepő, sokkal jobb, mint ami az árából következik.
Pros:

Rendkívül elegáns, kedves Az étterem és areggeli egészen rendkívüli. A személyzet "hozza azt a formát" , amit a szálloda neve megkíván. Szívesen térek vissza egközelebb is.

Brilliant. I would recommend Hotel Stefanie to everybody
Pros:

I had an accident when I on my first day in Vienna. The staff at the hotel were amazing. They arranged for a wheel chair and helped with the hospital visit.

Pros:

We were truly very happy with the hotel we stayed at.
From the moment we arrived, everything felt well-organized and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained, and we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The atmosphere in the hotel was calm and cozy, which made it easy to relax after a long day.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, always ready to assist with any questions. The location was also very convenient, and overall the hotel offered great value for the price.

We would definitely choose this hotel again and can warmly recommend it.

Красивый старинный отель. Высокомерный персонал в ресторане.
Pros:

Отель с историей!) Красивый холл, неимоверно красивая зона для трапез. В коридорах и в холле можно увидеть вещи и картины, которые использовались в отеле сто, двести, триста лет назад.
Большой номер.
Внимательный персонал на ресепшен.

Cons:

Номера без изюминки, в отличие от самого отеля, дизайн отсутствует.
Пришли на завтрак в 9:40, в 9:45 подошел официант к столику, и во время приема пищи свысока сообщил, что в 10:00 они закрываются. Хотелось спросить: «мне встать и уйти?» В 9:50 официанты стали демонстративно убирать грязную посуду со столиков на сервировачную тележку, поставив ее возле нашего стола. В отеле такого уровня, и с такой историей, не ожидала увидеть такой непрофессионализм.

Cons:

Букинг дал нам подарок трансфер из аэропорта в гостиницу. В заказе было написано мини вэн на 6 чел. Водитель приехал на мини Вене и сказал что он имеет заказ на двоих а мы заказали 3 двух местных номера. Пока мы ему не доплатили он отказывался нас вести.
