Pros:

The hotel was very nice and clean and had all the amenities needed. The food at the restaurant was excellent and everything was very delicious. Also the staff was very welcoming and polite.

Best hotel in Kosovo
Pros:

Comfortable accommodation with a lot of space (two bathrooms, balcony, two bedrooms, large living room).
Very helpful and friendly staff (especially the manager, whose name unfortunately we dont know, but who took great care of us).
Great breakfast (tasty and plenty).
Free laundry service.

Pros:

Incredibly amazing staff in the restaurant. The Double Room with Mountain View was perfect for our rest day on the Peaks of the Balkans. Free laundry and drying were just the cherry on top to a wonderful stay here. Food in the restaurant is great and good value.

Großartige Unterkunft mit tollen Leuten und super leckerem Essen
Pros:

Wir waren hier vor und nach unserer Peaks of the Balkans Wanderung. Wir hatten eine schöne Villa mit tollem Bergblick für uns und konnten während der Wanderung ein paar Sachen im Hotel lassen. Das Essen war super! Am besten hat uns das Personal mit seiner freundlichen und herzlichen Art gefallen - wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Ganz herzlichen Dank, wir werden wieder kommen!

Fabulous vila with stunning views
Pros:

Everything was perfect, the vila, the staff and the view was absolutely stunning. Genci was looking after us, with his fantastic customer service skills he made us feel really welcome, he came straight away when we needed help with our TV, thank you Genci for everything, it was really fabulous. The vila was super cosy, very relaxing setting, the food in the restaurant was absolutely fabulous, we enjoyed every moment there and I can highly recommend this place.

Personnel super gentil et bonne nourriture.

Cons:

Chambre absolument pas bien isolée (uniquement plaques osb). Un des 2 lits était très inconfortable.
Salle de bains partagée, sans paroi de douche, pas de poubelle dans la sdb, pas de papier toilette.
Très pauvre en équipements

Pros:

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes sehr gut ausgestattetes Zimmer über 2 Etagen. Man hat sich direkt wohl gefühlt. Vom Balkon, Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer hat man einen tollen Blick auf das Tal. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Peaks of the Balkan Trail. Ohne Nachfrage wurde uns angeboten die Wäsche kostenlos zu waschen. Das Essen im dazugehörigen Restaurant ist super lecker. Das Frühstück war nicht nur ein Augenschmaus. Super freundliches und engagiertes Personal.

Es gibt überhaupt gar nichts zu meckern

Idéal pour un beau repos pour les randonneurs du POB
Pros:

Service incroyable avec un accueil chaleureux et des petites attentions bien appréciées (lavage, service au restaurant, etc). Le logement était grand et très propre avec des lits très confortables. Un beau petit luxe pour les randonneurs du POB.
