Buen apartamento para pasar 4-5 dias en la ciudad
Pros:

Muy buena relación calidad-precio, buena ubicación de autobuses y metros cerca que te llevan a todas partes. Muy buena bienvenida y fácil acceso de auto check-in.

Cons:

El ascensor muy pequeño si vas cargado hay que subir de 1 en 1. La zona no parece amigable al principio pero es u a zona bastante segura para la ciudad en la que estamos

Pros:

The apartment was renovated and clean. Very comfortable and we appreciated the plenty extra amenities offered like the iron machine, the clothing rack and the big closet. Location is close to city center which is convenient if you do not want to use your car.

Cons:

Our apartment was on the ground floor which made our sleep a bit uneasy at nights. There is a lot of loud noise coming from the vehicles and motorcycles outside and the apartment is not soundproof at all.

Pros:

Great flat, it's got everything one would need for a shorter or even a longer stay. The self-check-in was extremely easy and the communication with the host also excellent. Would stay here again for sure.

Cons:

Not a manor issue but the kitchen was lacking some additional items for easier cooking, like a cutting board or a tea towel to dry hands would have been handy

Приятные апартаменты, но есть нюансы
Pros:

Апартаменты просторные, светлые и уютные. На кухне есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Отдельно хочется отметить работу менеджеров: коммуникация была великолепной — всегда быстро отвечали на любые вопросы, всё чётко, вежливо и по делу.

Cons:

К сожалению, впечатление испортили вопросы с чистотой и состоянием сантехники. Пол был недостаточно чистым — после нескольких минут ходьбы босиком ступни становились чёрными. Кроме того, душевая лейка сильно протекала. Для апартаментов такого уровня и за такую стоимость подобные недочёты выглядят недопустимыми. Тем более что замена лейки — это совсем небольшие расходы, которые могли бы значительно улучшить впечатление гостей.

Es gibt eine Tür direkt vom Schlafzimmer in zur Feuertreppe, die nicht gut schließt und bei der man alles durchhört.
Da kann man ganz einfach einbrechen. In dieser Gegend zu unsicher.

Pros:

Her şey çok güzeldi, otel çok tatlı bir mahallede. Sahibi çok ilgiliydi, her zaman çok hızlı cevap verdi. Kiliseye bakan çok tatlı bir balkonu vardı, sabah kahvemizin tadını çıkardık. Bir daha gelirsem tekrardan tercih edebilirim.

Este alojamiento no es un piso aislado, sino un edificio entero dedicado a apartamentos turísticos en pleno Exarchia. En mi opinión, instalar un negocio de este tipo en un barrio con una oposición tan evidente al turismo masificado es una irresponsabilidad. (El que no conozca la historia del barrio que la busque)

Desde que llegas queda claro el rechazo que genera: las fachadas están cubiertas de pintura lanzada contra los apartamentos turísticos y el ambiente transmite una tensión constante. La sensación es que el edificio se ha convertido en un símbolo de un modelo que muchos vecinos consideran perjudicial para el barrio.

El propietario debería advertir claramente de este contexto antes de aceptar reservas. En lugar de hacerlo, deja que los huéspedes descubran allí mismo que se encuentran en medio de un conflicto social del que pasan a formar parte sin haber sido informados. Eso hizo que me sintiera profundamente incómodo durante toda la estancia.

Incluso hay que evitar abrir las ventanas porque el edificio era un objetivo habitual de las protestas. Independientemente de cómo sea el apartamento por dentro, considero que este no es un lugar adecuado para explotar un edificio completo de alquiler turístico. Me fui con la impresión de que este tipo de negocio solo aumenta el conflicto con los vecinos y no volvería a reservar aquí.

Invoice issues
Cons:

If you need an invoice, don't go there. They claim to send it 15 business days since check-out (which is strange by itself, as any decent hotel gives you the invoice at check-in), and even though I have reminded them time and again, I only received it 20 business days later.

Pros:

The apartment itself is ok, not as nice as in the picture, bad smell.

Unfortunately, the building and the surrounding neighborhood were quite disappointing. The entrance hall had a very unpleasant smell throughout our stay, and the streets around the property were covered in graffiti and felt neglected. While this is obviously beyond the host's control, it had a significant impact on our overall experience and on our first impression of the accommodation.

If you're only looking for a functional place to sleep, the apartment does the job.
