Μου άρεσε το φυσικό φως που γέμιζε το δωμάτιο + το μπαλκόνι του! Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ βολική + στο υπόγειο υπάρχει ένας χώρος με μηχανήματα γυμναστικής που μπορείς να χρησιμοποιήσεις όποτε θες μέσα στην ημέρα χωρίς επιπλέον χρέωση.

Cons:

Πριν επισκεφθώ το κατάλυμα ζήτησα αν μπορώ να έχω μία επιπλέον θήκη για πάγο στην κατάψυξη + μου είπαν ότι αυτό δεν είναι εφικτό γιατί το κατάλυμα δεν [παρέχει κάτι τέτοιο. Εγώ το ζήτησα εις γνώσιν μου μιας + γνώριζα ότι συνήθως υπάρχει μία θήκη με παγάκια στην κατάψυξη γιατί το κατάλυμα το έχω επισκεφθεί + άλλες φορές στο παρελθόν, απλά έμενα σε άλλα δωμάτια. Το μπάνιο από την πρώτη στιγμή μύριζε πολύ άσχημα, σα να υπήρξε κάποιο θέμα με τις σωληνώσεις ή την αποχέτευση. Άφησα το νερό να τρέξει, τοποθέτησα το αρωματικό χώρου που υπήρχε στην τραπεζαρία στο μπάνιο μήπως + βοηθήσει, αλλά το πρόβλημα παρέμεινε. Ενημέρωσα τους υπεύθυνους, έστειλαν έναν τεχνικό άμεσα, είδε ότι τα σιφώνια ήταν καθαρά + μου είπε ότι δεν μπορεί να κάνει κάτι άλλο. Ζήτησα πολύ ευγενικά από την υπεύθυνη αν θα μπορούσα να έχω έστω ένα απορρυπαντικό για να καλύψω τη μυρωδιά που πια είχε εξαπλωθεί σε όλο το διαμέρισμα + μου είπε ότι κάτι τέτοιο δεν ήταν εφικτό γιατί δεν μπορούν να γνωρίζουν τι γίνεται με τις αλλεργίες του καθενός. Με έφερε σε αμηχανία που χρειαζόταν να εξηγώ ότι το διαμέρισμα μύριζε άσχημα + να προσπαθώ μόνη μου λύση σε ένα κατάλυμα που είχα πάει για 3 μέρες. Επίσης να αναφέρω ότι στο μπάνιο δεν υπήρχε ούτε παράθυρο, ούτε αεραγωγός. Τέλος, αρχές Ιουνίου με 30 βαθμούς κελσίου στην Αθήνα θα ήταν προτιμότερο να υπάρχει ένα εφεδρικό σεντόνι για να μπορεί κάποιος να σκεπαστεί + όχι η μόνη επιλογή του να είναι να σκεπαστεί με το πάπλωμα το χειμωνιάτικο.

Pros:

Çok temiz ,büyük ve konforlu bir daire.Havlular ve yatak çarşafları çok temiz.

Cons:

Yatakların değişmesi gerekli.Konumu nedeniyle hareketli bir sokakta.Sabahları araç gürültüsü fazla ama bizim için hijyen öncelikli olduğu için problem olmadı.

Le bruit de la rue est insupportable et je ne conseille à personne cet immeuble

L’appartement n’est pas du tout isolé. Il est impossible de dormir à cause du bruit de la rue. Nous avons demandé de changer d’appartement et cela a été refusé. Notre demande n’a semblé aucunement être prise en compte.

Pros:

Mieszkanie bardzo komfortowe, dobrze urządzone- zawierało wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy. Kontakt z personelem też super - drobna usterka, która nam się zdarzyła podczas pobytu została rozwiązana od ręki.

Okolica na pierwszy rzut oka może budzić różne uczucia z uwagi na wszędobylskie graffiti na budynkach, ale nie widzieliśmy żadnych "podejrzanych" osób i po 2 dniach czuliśmy się już komfortowo. Tymbardziej, że w zasięgu 5 min spaceru jest spory market, metro i dużo restauracji i kawiarni.

Pros:

Beliggenheden var god. Tæt på centrum. Fine indkøbsmuligheder. Spændende nabolag. Lejligheden var stor med to altaner og en god rumfordeling. Der var også rent og pænt.

Cons:

Der er meget trafikstøj fra gaden, især i weekenden, og det kan høres meget tydeligt i lejligheden, fordi vinduerne er tynde. Vi købte nogle gode ørepropper og de holdt støjen fint ude, når vi skulle sove.
