Area is a little rough. The shower also was broken and the shower head was not mounted to the wall but was still useable so no massive issue

The only small thing I noticed was that there were no shampoo or body soap bottles, and just a few cotton buds. I’m sure the staff would have provided them if I had asked, but I didn’t bother.

Also, while the room itself felt very safe and quiet, the surrounding neighborhood seemed a little less comfortable late in the evening. Around 11 p.m. it felt a bit unusual walking back, though it really helps that the apartment is located right next to a main road — just a few minutes’ walk from the bus and metro, so you don’t have to go far.

Checkin instructions took a while to get. Neighborhood didn't feel very safe.

Overall, my experience was marked by the staff's incompetence and poor communication, turning what should have been a pleasant stay into a very frustrating and stressful experience. The representative I dealt with was consistently unhelpful, displaying shockingly poor communication skills and a complete lack of professionalism. This pattern of unprofessional behavior was evident in every interaction I had with the staff, even on the days before my trip.
Specific Issues:
A. There was a power outage in my room on the last day of my stay, Sunday, June 16th, at 12:00 noon. I was left without proper room use until the time (7.30 PM) I had to go to the city. Despite someone arriving around 8:00 PM to fix the issue, I received no notification or confirmation that the problem was resolved. I only discovered the power was back on my own at 1:00 AM when I returned.
B. In the days following, I contacted Booking.com twice to discuss potential compensation. Their final response was that the accommodation manager had NOT answered their inquiries. So the result was a mere €25 discount coupon offered by Booking for a future reservation.
C. Moreover, the room is misleadingly presented within a building with onsite staff. In reality, the room belongs to a different company or individual. As a result, despite staff in the building, their default response to me on almost every issue was, "We work for 'Iasonos Suites Athens', and you booked at the 'Luxury Suites Athens 3'. It's not our room; we can't help". This lack of assistance meant I had to rely on phone calls or the platform to get help, which was frustrating and inefficient because I did not receive responses all the time I reached out to them.

The owner communication has been awful. They ensured a refund but refuse to answer messages which is a pity because I really wanted to give them a positive review.
