We’d love to come back.
Pros:

Clean and functional, though we had a bit of a struggle with the fully electronic toilet 😉. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast is amazing. You get to choose one drink and one dish. It was beautifully presented and delicious.

Cons:

Located right in the heart of Waikiki—as is the case everywhere here—parking is a challenge. Valet parking is still one of the more affordable options among the hotels here.

Normal para pasar una o dos noches.
Pros:

La ubicación es correcta. Cercano al centro comercial donde reservar coches de alquiler y no muy lejos de Waikiki Beach. Por cierto, si quieres ir a la playa, en recepción te dan toallas. Buena opción.

Cons:

El hotel tiene un aspecto industrial de apariencia poco cuidada. Las habitaciones son muy ruidosas y los ruidos de la calle y música muy alta (que aún no sé si era de la zona de la piscina) se escucha hasta altas horas. Aunque el desayuno está incluido, es muy básico. Eliges una tosta de un tipo en particular (bastante pequeña), café y zumo. Cualquier mínima cosa que pidas fuera de ahí, es un coste adicional. Si tienes coche de alquiler, el precio por dejarlo al aparcacoches es caro respecto a la opción de dejarlo justo cruzando la calle, el parking del centro comercial o del ROSS.

Disappointing because of the extra charges and still waiting for my refund
Pros:

Location was everything!!! Loved the free breakfast. Friendly staff

Cons:

They were the only hotel who took a $100 US bind for every night you stayed. We stayed 3 nights so that was $300 US on top of our accommodation. The manager said we would get our refund 7 days later. It’s been 3 weeks and I’m still waiting to get my refund. I will not come to Tomer house again and will not recommend it to my fam and friends. Can I please have my refund please

No se dejen engañar por las reseñas: mi experiencia fue muy decepcionante.

La ubicación y el desayuno

Cons:

La relación precio-calidad es muy mala. Honestamente, esperaba mucho más por lo que cuesta el hotel.

La habitación parece una bodega adaptada. El baño es desproporcionadamente grande y el espacio está muy mal distribuido: solo tiene un inodoro y una regadera muy pequeña, mientras que gran parte del área queda completamente desperdiciada. En contraste, el espacio donde está la cama es reducido y poco cómodo.

El servicio tampoco estuvo a la altura. Tardaron dos días en realizar la limpieza de la habitación, algo que considero inaceptable para un hotel de esta categoría y precio.

En general, la experiencia no cumplió con las expectativas. Hay opciones con mejor calidad, mejor distribución de las habitaciones y un servicio mucho más consistente por un precio similar o incluso menor. No volvería a hospedarme aquí.

Skvělá lokalita a přátelský personál
Pros:

Skvělá lokalita s obchody a restauracemi doslova přes ulici. Waikiki pár bloků od hotelu. Moc dobré snídaně a přátelský a nápomocný personál. Vybavení pokoje odpovídá fotkám, ocenili jsme balkón orientovaný do vnitrobloku.

Cons:

K ránu byl slyšet hluk z vnitrobloku (popeláři, přesouvání věcí), ale nic hrozného. U snídaně by bylo fajn vyměnit plastové kelímky za hrnečky.

ロケーションを考えるとこの価格はコストパフォーマンス⚪︎と思いました。
朝食付にしましたが、正解。朝食のサービススタッフ（残念ながらお名前がわかりません）がとっても気持ちよく対応してくれて、1日のスタートを気持ちよく毎日迎えられました。

Cons:

バスルームでドライヤーが使えなかった。
おそらく電源が壊れているか？と思ったので、プラグのところにチェックしてとメモしておきましたが何の対応もなかった。
ルームクリーニングの人によって、置いていくタオルの数が違ったりなくなってるティッシュが補充されなかったりムラがあった、

Very clean and friendly hotel for business stay or very short family stay.
Pros:

Location is great. It is neat and clean and very friendly staff.

Cons:

Not convenient for family with kids if staying for more than a day. No microwave or toaster in entire hotel. No shared washer, which is rare at any business hotels, so not a big deal.
