Pros:

위치, 객실, 서비스 전반적으로 모든게 만족스러움.
1) 위치
위치가 진짜 최고! 인터내셔널 마켓플레이스 거의 길만 건너면 바로고, 줄 서는 맛집이나 카페도 도보 3분 안쪽임. 와이키키 해변, 버스정류장, 투어 집합 장소도 다 걸어서 5분 이내라 이동하기 너무 편하고 정말 위치 최고!
2) 편안한 객실
프리미어 킹룸 2명 사용했는데 있을 건 다 있고 전체적으로 깔끔함. 발코니, 소파, 테이블 다 있어서 편하게 지냈고, 침대가 진짜 포근해서 매일 꿀잠. 발코니 있어서 수영복 말리거나 바람 쐬기에도 좋았고 화장실도 넓고 쾌적함.
3) 서비스
직원들 모두 친절했고, 특히 조식 식당 직원분들이 바쁜 시간에도 센스 있게 응대해줘서 감사함. 프론트도 요청사항이나 질문에 잘 응대해줘서 좋았음.

Cons:

아쉬운 점 굳이 꼽으면
1) 에어컨 소리가 좀 큰데 온도 올리면 천천히 돌아가면서 조용해짐.
2) 샤워기 수압이 약한 편

하지만 전체적으로 만족도 높았고, 하와이 다시 오면 재방문 의사 있어요.

We need good repairs, attentive workers, and for it to be clean, cozy, and to move forward.

Cons:

The room was poorly cleaned and vacuumed before check-in. They only provided two small bottles of water once, and that was it. Two days later they came to clean the room. They only replaced the top sheet on the bed, vacuumed only the middle, and left the nightstands and the table dirty. Cleaning was poor, as was the attitude of the young man at reception. We asked for a band-aid because we hurt our leg on the beach, and he said they didn't have any. We will never stay there again. It's very uncomfortable and gloomy. The building is very old and in poor repair. It's a shame there's no microwave.

A gem in Waikiki
Pros:

The location was excellent, staff friendly and helpful and the rooms clean. I liked the little private balcony too.

Convenient and easy stay with kind and accommodating staff!
Pros:

I had two early mornings, and staff were willing to prepare breakfast early (fruit and yogurt) to accommodate my schedule.

L’accueil, la piscine, le bruit, le personnel peu aimable, le lit non fait à notre arrivée tardive, il n’y avait même pas les draps dans la chambre

Rooms need a little updating but staff is great and location is the best.

L’emplacement était parfait tout a porté de jambes ! La literie très confortable.
Un grand merci à Peter le serveur du petit déjeuner super professionnel et sympa !

Petite mal entendu sur le petit déjeuner !!!
Bon à savoir pour les familles : sur Booking.com on réserve pour 5 personnes petits déjeuner inclus et on a eu droit qu’à seulement pour 2 personnes !!! Jamais précisé sur la réservation !
