The room design is beautiful, but that means absolutely nothing when the maintenance and service are this poor.
Cleanliness was shocking: dusty windows and frames, visible paint stains, mold in the shower (green on tiles, black along the glass seal), dirty switches, and even a half-eaten chocolate bar in the minibar! The room was prepared for two guests, yet only one toothbrush was provided. Pillows had stains suggesting improper drying and poor hygiene standards.
The spa was very disappointing: small pool with cold water, sauna not working (not communicated in advance), very limited and poorly arranged loungers, and no staff maintaining the wet floors.
Service does not match a luxury hotel standard. No proper welcome or luggage assistance on arrival. Issues reported during the stay (such as the minibar) were not resolved.
Breakfast was average, and basic items like fresh orange juice were unavailable.
After raising multiple issues, dinner and parking were waived, but that does not compensate for the overall experience. The final and most unacceptable point: 12 hours after checkout, the hotel charged us for minibar items we did not consume.
Adding to the poor impression, the hotel had warning notices stating that taking basic items like soap from the room would result in a €60 charge. In a hotel of this supposed level, this comes across as cheap and frankly embarrassing. You don’t know would you be supposed to laugh or cry at this point.
Also, upgrade room was like 120€, and when we complain about basic things, they jump in and told me, o no it is 50€.
It felt like we had to haggle over basic things, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this level.

Совершенно отвратительный, без душный персонал. Девушка Мария на точно не на своем месте. Мы забронировали два номера. Приехали уставшие из Капаоника провести ночь перед вылетом в Москву. Мария проверила нашу бронь и выдала ключи от одного номера. Хотя бронь была на два номера. Мария полезла рыться в компьютере. Да, у Вас два номера но второй не готов! Хотя мы приехали в 16.00, а заселение с 15.00! Мария порылась в компьютере и сказала, что второй номер будет готов через час.( Представьте картину - :5 звездочный отель Стоимость номера больше 600 евро, а он не готов и ничего сделать не возможно. Ждите. Я начал угрожать - напишу плохие отзывы и пр. Ноль внимания. Стал звать Менеджера - Мария пригласила Лидию. Лидия повторила слова Марии. После этого я стал кричать, топать, ногами, ругаться в том числе не цензурно. В итоге меня заселили в номер более дорогой категории. Итого я потратил на заселение - 40 минут и кучу нервов! Это в 5 звездочном отеле! Заселились в номер, в общем номера не плохие, но уборка в ванной оставляет желать лучшего. Пыль, в самой ванной - черный волос. В одноом номере положили зубную щетку и пасту в другом нет. Пошли в ресторан. На ресепшене нас заверили, что ресторан работает. Пришли. В Ресторане никого! не бармена, ни официанта, ни хостес. Время 19.00 - сели - посидели 15 минут. Ушли. Никто к нам не подошел. Слава богу рядом торговый центр в котором полно ресторанов. Больше в этот отель мы не приедем. До этого всегда останавливались в Бристоле. Он на порядок комфортнее и уютнее.
