Cons:

Das Problem begann bereits beim Einchecken. Ich hatte ein Zimmer für meine Frau und meine Tochter reserviert, die Namen der Gäste angegeben und das Zimmer im Voraus bezahlt. Trotzdem wollte man ihnen ohne eine Emailbestätigung den Check-in verweigern.

Trotz des Wissens, dass das Klimagerät im Zimmer defekt war und das Display nicht funktionierte, wurde mir kein alternatives Zimmer angeboten, obwohl das Hotel nach Aussage der Mitarbeiter nicht voll ausgelastet war.

Dies ist zweifellos ein Managementproblem. Beim Auschecken lachte der Manager meiner Frau ins Gesicht, anstatt Unterstützung beim Tragen des Gepäcks anzubieten.

Insgesamt ist es ein wunderschönes Hotel, jedoch mit unzureichendem Service. Vielleicht könnte man sich das zu Herzen nehmen.
