My little daughter and I are full of praise for this wonderful hotel, which deserves even greater recognition because of the extraordinary kindness and warmth of its staff. We truly felt as though we were “visiting family,” and every wish was fulfilled before we even had to express it.

The hotel’s location is unbeatable — the immediate proximity to Galerija and the riverside promenade, surrounded by countless cafés, bars, and restaurants, made our stay even more enjoyable. We were especially impressed by the fitness area, swimming pool, and spa, particularly because of the beautiful outdoor views. Here as well, the friendliness and professionalism of the staff left a lasting impression on us.

Once again, a heartfelt and sincere thank you to Tara, who was absolutely delightful and charming — a true gem whom the hotel simply cannot appreciate enough.

Special thanks also go to Lazar at the reception desk, who had already taken care of everything in advance and, despite the fact that we extended our stay twice, still managed to keep us in the same room even though the hotel was fully booked. He was constantly dedicated to making sure we felt comfortable and welcome.

Many thanks as well to Katarina from hotel management… honestly, we could write something wonderful about every single employee individually, because everything was simply perfect and beautifully coordinated.

We recommend this hotel wholeheartedly and with the greatest pleasure. Our next stay is already being planned, and we have already started enthusiastically recommending the hotel to our friends, business partners, and personal network.

Thank you once again for everything you did for us — such care, warmth, and dedication are truly not something to be taken for granted nowadays.

Cons:

The only very small and well-intentioned remark concerns the speed of service during breakfast — but this is truly “complaining at a very high level.” With a small child, every minute of waiting when hunger strikes feels like an eternity, so this tiny criticism should definitely be taken with a smile and a wink.

And even in that situation, Sesilia and Aleksandar were incredibly thoughtful and kind — they took such wonderful care of us and even magically “created” children’s cappuccinos from the kitchen, which brought the biggest smile to my daughter’s face. Truly outstanding!

Once again, a huge bravo to the entire team for their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality.

Moja mala ćerka i ja puni smo hvale za ovaj predivni hotel, koji zbog izuzetne ljubaznosti osoblja zaslužuje još veću pažnju i priznanje. Osećali smo se kao da smo „u poseti porodici“, a svaka naša želja bila je ispunjena i pre nego što bismo je izgovorili.

Lokacija hotela je nenadmašna — neposredna blizina Galerije i šetališta uz reku, sa brojnim kafićima, barovima i restoranima, učinila je naš boravak još lepšim. Posebno su nas oduševili fitness, bazen i spa centar, naročito zbog prelepog pogleda ka spolja. I ovde je srdačnost i profesionalnost zaposlenih ostavila snažan utisak na nas.

Još jednom jedno veliko i iskreno hvala od srca Tari, koja je bila toliko divna i šarmantna — pravi biser koji hotel ne može dovoljno da ceni.

Posebnu zahvalnost dugujemo i Lazaru sa recepcije, koji se još unapred pobrinuo za sve i, iako smo čak dva puta produžavali boravak, uspeo da nam obezbedi da ostanemo u istoj sobi uprkos prebukiranosti hotela. Uvek je bio maksimalno posvećen tome da se osećamo prijatno i dobrodošlo.

Hvala i Katarini iz menadžmenta hotela… iskreno, mogli bismo napisati nešto lepo o svakom zaposlenom pojedinačno, jer je jednostavno sve bilo savršeno i usklađeno.

Ovaj hotel možemo preporučiti od srca i sa najvećim zadovoljstvom. Naš sledeći boravak je već u planiranju, a preporuke prijateljima i našem poslovnom i privatnom krugu već su uveliko počele.

Hvala vam još jednom za sve što ste učinili za nas — takva pažnja, toplina i posvećenost danas zaista nisu nešto što se podrazumeva.

Cons:

Jedina zaista mala i dobronamerna napomena odnosi se na brzinu usluge tokom doručka — ali to je zaista „žaljenje na visokom nivou“. Sa malim detetom svaki minut čekanja, kada glad nastupi, deluje kao čitava večnost, pa ovu sitnicu treba shvatiti uz osmeh i namigivanje.

I upravo tu su Sesilija i Aleksandar bili neverovatno pažljivi i srdačni — toliko su se divno pobrinuli za nas i čak „stvorili“ dečije kapućino iz kuhinje, što je mojoj ćerkici izmamilo ogroman osmeh. Zaista fenomenalno!

Još jednom veliko bravo celom timu na toplini, pažnji i iskrenom gostoprimstvu.

Cons:

Hotel ne opravdava cijenu. Za vrijeme boravka nijednom nam nije ociscena soba niti su nam doneseni novi peskiri. Hotel jeste nov i lijepo uredjen ali ima neprijatan miris, na kanalizaciju kada se udje u sobe. Ne postoji svedski sto za dorucak sto smatram velikim nedostatkom kada je u pitanju hotel sa 5 zvjezdica i kada pripada ovom lancu hotela. Spa je jako mali, u bazenu ne mogu vise od 3 osobe stati, ali to se svakako moze vidjeti i na slikama. Takodje, prilikom rezervacije boravka, pisalo je da postoji privatni parking u sklopu objekta i nije naznaceno da se to placa odvojeno (50€ po danu), sto je prvi put da mi se desava, jer kada god bih ranije rezervisala neki hotel ukoliko se parking placa odvojeno to je naznaceno, tako da vam preporucijem da vozilo parkirate u Galeriji, jeftinije ce vam biti :). Sve u svemu, mislim da mozete imati prijatan boravak, ako ne i ljepsi u nekom drugom hotelu za dosta manje novca :).
