Prima hotel voor een kort verblijf
Pros:

de ruimte, het bed was prima

Cons:

Er hing een onaangenaam luchtje in de doucheruimte. In de toiletpot was het water geel alsof er een plas in lag die niet was weggespoeld.
Het glazen tafeltje bij het bed was stoffig met afdrukken.

Second room was fine.

Cons:

Room on the first night did not have an airco, on the hottest night of the year. No compensation or alternative offered we had to ask for another room.

Nous avions choisi cet hôtel parce que c était le dernier hôtel proche de Jera on Air festival.
Il est à 22min du festival. Il est proche de la sortie de l autoroute, facile d accès.
L'hôtel est magnifique, propre, piscine, brasserie à l intérieur. Délicieuse carte. Burger et ribs délicieux.
La literie est vraiment très confortable, chambre spacieuse....

Cons:

Le personnel n est quand même pas terrible. Aucune info de rien du tout au moment du check in. Faut demander les heures pour le petit-déjeuner, les heures d ouverture de la piscine, où se prends le petit-déjeuner.... sinon, ils donnent la clé et basta.
En rentrant le soir, nous voulions descendre le volet de la chambre.. il y avait 2 baguettes métallique qui traînaient par terre. Je pensais que c était pour le descendre, mais non... il semblait être électrique... mais je ne voyais ni interrupteur, ni télécommande... je demande au mec de la réception, il vient 10min dans ma chambre, il ne sait pas. Il dit qu il doit y avoir une télécommande mais ne la trouve pas. Et il se casse. Bref, à l heure du mat, le jour se lève et il fait clair dans la chambre... top... j adore.
Je me plaint à la réception au moment du check out et elle me demande si j ai eu la feuille avec les explications. Bah non... forcément vu qu au moment su checkin ils ne disent rien.
Au final, si ça vous arrive, il y a 2 boutons ronds près de la tête du lit qui commande le volet. Mais ils font aussi interrupteur pour les lampes quand on appuie dessus.

Et sinon, la douche est un poil trop petite.

I am glad it's over.
Pros:

The restuarnt was ok for dinner. For breakfast you had only scrambled eggs, no toaster for the bread and coffee from a machine.

Cons:

The water in the bathroom is not possible to regulate and it's too hot! I also picnhed my finger to the point of drawing blood on the faucet. There is a coffee pot in the room but no coffee, just tea that nobody wants., Expensie as hell!

No Airco
Pros:

The swimming pool and the restaurant were nice.

Cons:

We booked this hotel for one specific reason: to escape the worst night of the Dutch heatwave. The hotel lists air conditioning as a facility, and that promise is the only reason we paid for a room.

What we got was a fan coil unit. Individual guests cannot override it. At some point during the night the unit began blowing warm air into the room. The temperature climbed. Nobody at the reception could help — and notably, the reception itself had no air conditioning either.

At the peak of the night, it was cooler outside than inside our room. The very thing we came for made the situation worse.

The hotel has genuinely nice facilities and the property itself is pleasant. But advertising 'air conditioning' while operating a system that cannot be relied upon to cool during a heatwave is misleading. If you are booking during warm weather, verify independently whether the cooling system is actually in cooling mode. We wish we had.
