Pros:

Room and toilet pretty new and clean.
Quiet room.

Cons:

When I arrive i didn't have toilet paper, they don't have shampoo and the shower gel was empty.
I asked the staff to filled it and they didn't do it. They ask me if I want the room been clean , I said yes, but they didn't.

Très bon hôtel !
Pros:

Chambre propre, confortable et bien équipée (il y a même un fer à repasser !)
Bonne literie
Vue sur la montagne et la mer sur le côté.
Super bien situé :
- 100m de la plage,
- marché de street food le soir dans la rue,
- marché de nuit a 200m sur la place,
- et plein de petit commerces à proximité...
J'y retournerai sans hésiter !

Great location close to all
Pros:

room set up was great , with a very spacious bathroom . Lots of space in room

Good Location, but bad elevator
Pros:

Very good location for travelers. It locates at the center of the old quarter, very close to the Hoan Kiem Lake and walking Streets

Cons:

By the time my family stay there, the elevator had trouble several times, my mom who is 70yrs old can not climb to the 9th Floor by staircase, very terrible. I addition, the Staffs did not have any solution or giving any warmly appologize. It seem that the elevator problem happen very common, so they feel normal :(((((((
