מיקום מעולה, צוות מאוד ידידותי ועוזר בכל מה שצריך, ארוחת בוקר מאוד עשירה , מפנק

Cons:

בחדרים חסר מקום או אופציה לתלות מגבות ליבוש, מה שמחייב החלפת מגבות יומיומית וחבל. וחנייה מעט מאתגרת ( על בסיס מקום פנוי)

Pros:

Beautiful hotel with great spa/wellness centre and rooftop pool and bar. Room was comfortable too. Location central
I booked tour and front desk was amazing in her assistance with that and my many questions

Cons:

Rooftop pool should be heated as did not get much sun.
I thought food at rooftop was limited but bar service was excellent

Pros:

Nowoczesne pokoje w bardzo dobrym standardzie. Świetnym aspektem jest doskonałe wygłuszenie, w nocy spało nam się jak nigdy, nie słychać zupełnie żadnych dźwięków z ulicy czy reszty hotelu. Baseny nie są oblegane, więc przyjemnie się korzysta. Obsługa była świetna, wszyscy pracownicy byli sympatyczni i pomocni.

Cons:

1. Ciasne pokoje, ograniczone miejsce do przechowywania rzeczy.
2. Okropny widok z pokoju, brzydka okolica.
3. Wózki ze środkami czystości i innymi rzeczami dla obsługi stojące tuż przy wyjściu z pokoju - widziałam w którejś opinii, że ktoś już na to narzekał i nic się nie zmieniło od tego czasu.
4. Cały aspekt gastronomiczny był rozczarowujący. Jeśli chodzi o śniadanie to jednego dnia przyszliśmy o 8:30 i wszystko było już zimne. Następnego dnia przyszliśmy równo o 7:00, czyli wtedy kiedy zaczyna się śniadanie a i tak jedzenie nie było ciepłe. To również było już poruszane w opinii (ponad rok temu) i mimo, że hotel odpowiedział, że przekaże tę uwagę obsłudze, aby to poprawić to jak widać wcale tego nie zrobili. W bufecie jest duży wybór a produkty wyglądają świetnie, ale w smaku wszystko jest jakoś nieco gorsze niż można się spodziewać. Mam wrażenie, że to miejsce zasługuje po prostu na lepszego szefa kuchni.
Jeśli chodzi o jedzenie z restauracji hotelowej to było po prostu średnie. Pizza z grzybami była pyszna, spaghetti bolognese było ok a burger okropny - mięso grube na ok. 4-5 cm, bardziej jak pulpet niż kotlet wołowy, frytki jako ćwiartki bardzo dużych ziemniaków. Nie wiem czy jakość tego posiłku wynikała z faktu, że przyszliśmy do restauracji późno i pracownikom już się nie chciało czy zawsze tak to wygląda, niemniej trochę nie pasuje mi to do standardu (i ceny) tego hotelu.

Beautiful place.
Pros:

There was NOTHING not to like. It was perfection! From the moment we entered to the reception area. We were welcomed with a big smile and it really felt a genuine nice smile. Her name was Chrysa I believe. She did the classic check in things but she has such a good energy I loved it straight away! Big up to her! We were early so we were allowed to use the facilities - pool roof top bar etc.
Breakfast was great too! Everyone working there was so attentive.
Young guy at the roof top being so polite and preparing drinks with attention.
Next day at the pool bar I asked for a Freddo cappuccino with a scoop of ice cream which made the bartenders laugh. But they made it. And kept on checking it tasted alright because they had never been asked that drink before. It was just a great atmosphere all the time.

We also used the spa area and it was perfect to chill for an hour.

Cons:

Nothing. It was all perfect.
I don’t often write reviews when it’s 10/10 because I never take the time but this place was amazing but also the staff working there made it very special.

Pros:

Belle établissement, l’accueil, propreté, très bon petit déjeuner, place de parking devant ( mais pas nombreuses), le spa (mais la partie sauna, hammam est payante, et la partie piscine et jacuzzi c’est gratuit 2h par jour), je recommande.

Pros:

Un hôtel très bien situé, un personnel attentionné et à l'écoute.

Cons:

C'est dommage au vu du tarif de la suite de faire régler le sauna et hammam, 50 euros par personne c'est exagéré.
