Très bien situé, lit immense, chambre spacieuse
The staff was great, all the ladies were nice and friendly ( reception, restaurant, spa etc). Their kindness was highly appreciated.

Very modern, beautiful spa, lovely friendly staff, exceptional breakfast.
Spa treatments weren’t accommodating for a pregnant lady, I wasn’t able to take up any, not even a facial which was disappointing. Could improve this by offering spa treatments suitable for pregnant women.
Breakfast was delicious and loads of choice, very central and quiet location, staff were very helpful and friendly. Very nice toiletries and fluffy towels, big comfy bed, lots of thoughtful little extras that made our stay more comfortable, also refreshing icetea on arrival was a lovely welcome. We also got upgraded to a balcony room which was a nice surprise. There was loads of space and storage in the room, big TV etc. Very nice indoor pool and spa facilities, rooftop bar and pool and views were great too!
Toilet paper was low quality and rough for a premium hotel, there was a used plaster on wall of shower and a lot of dust in the toilet area - so the cleaner probably wasn't the most thorough, which for a 5 star hotel you'd expect these minor but important details to be picked up on. The smart control system didn't work half the time and lighting went off whilst using the toilet, although very modern, it was quite a frustrating lighting system to use, not simple or overly accessible at times. The biggest issue was that the scent machines pumped out fragrance far too often and the smell was way too strong. It smelt like cheap male aftershave, and you could actually smell it from the carpark outside the building. It was unbearable to sit in the lobby. We had to unplug the scent plugs on the floor we were staying and by the pool because the scent physically made us feel quite sick. A bit of nice scent is of course welcome but this was way too much. The iPad wasn't fully working so after the maintenance team kindly checked it for us - you could see screenshots of personal sensitive details of previous guests such as passport number, home and email addresses etc - this is a a GDPR / data protection concern that should absolutely be taken forward by management and resolved as soon as possible. We have informed the hotel reception about it too. We did enjoy our stay here but had there not been the issues above it would have made our time even better.

Hotel was nice, good clean room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location was right in the centre , but quiet . Good breakfast and we could use facilities after checkout .
Good value for money.
Room was spacious, bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom and toiletries were very high end. Staff and service were top notch, with a really nice breakfast.
The spa was wonderful, with a free hour every day for guests to use the pool and jacuzzi area which was really relaxing and felt very premium. We booked a couples massage which was great and good value. The rooftop bar and pool area was unfortunately only open one day due to excessive rain during most of our stay but we had a drink up there on our last day and it was really nice.
Location is ideal, walking distance to everything of interest within Heraklion. Price is really reasonable considering the level of service and facilities. The bottle of raki and olive oil cookies in the room were a nice touch. Highly recommended for a couples break

Nous avons tout apprécié....la gentillesse du personnel, toujours souriant, toujours disponible et très attentif aux clients... autant avant notre arrivée avec une communication par email très efficace et d'une grande aide pour notre organisation durant notre séjour.... mais également la modernité de l'hôtel, le confort, les services, la restauration. Je recommande fortement.

Hier wordt je echt verwend. Al het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De spa, buitenzwembad en rooftop bar zijn een extra luxe. Het ontbijtbuffet is zo uitgebreid en lekker. Daarboven op heb je ook nog keuze uit een 8-tal ei-gerechtjes van de kaart, vers bereid in de open keuken (inbegrepen bij ontbijt). Wij hebben een avond in het restaurant gegeten in hotel en lekkere cocktails gedronken en pizza gegeten. De kamer heeft een zeer goed bed en is uitgerust met domotica voor lichten, tv en gordijnen.
Er waren maar twee hangertjes in de badkamer om wat aan te drogen. Slechts langs 1 kant van het bed mogelijkheid om iets op te laden.
