-personnel de l'hôtel, le réceptionniste d'une gentillesse incomparable vraiment !!

-personnel du petit déjeuner et le petit-déjeuner en lui-même: osez tester les petits déjeuners à la carte, adaptables en végétariens.
Le buffet est très diversifié : fruits frais, fromages locaux, œufs en tout genre, des spécialités telles que des bougatsa (des salées, des sucrées), des viennoiseries, des pancakes, des pains en tout genre (orge, caroube...), cakes, confitures... Bref c'était top !
-la chambre en elle-même : la personnalisation à l'arrivée dans la chambre, raki offert pour ceux qui consomment de l'alcool, la boîte de gâteaux offerte, deux bouteilles d'eau au quotidien, petit balcon, grande chambre, la literie est bonne, la domotique, douche à l'italienne
-l'emplacement : 8 min de l'hyper-centre, 6 min d'un super restaurant : le chalali (Xalali), à proximité des arrêts de bus (que ce soit pour aller à la mer :Ammoudara ou l'aéroport)
- Concernant le spa, si vous vous attendez à un super bain à remous vous serez déçus, il y a un petit jacuzzi pour 2/3 personnes. Il y a une piscine intérieure de longueur correcte mais assez étroite, on est vite les uns sur les autres. Lors de notre créneau de 2h, nous étions 8 à chaque fois. Au bout d'1h15/30, on a fait le tour.
Il faut bien réserver le créneau, d'autant plus que parfois le spa est privatisé donc pas possible d'y accéder.
Je pense qu'il ne faille pas choisir cet hôtel pour l'aspect piscine.
Il y a une piscine extérieure (une, au 5ème étage à côté du bar) des chambres donnent sur celle-ci.
- La porte de la douche laisse passer de l'eau ce qui fait que le tapis de douche était trempé.
-Les toilettes sont étroites.
-Au 3ème étage, nous étions sous les chambres avec les jacuzzi privatifs, certaines nuits les voisins s'en servaient toute la nuit, du coup on avait le bruit toute la nuit (bof pour les plus sensibles).
-Le bar !!! On vous sert des boissons sans verres, des cacahuètes dans une petite cup en plastique operculée. Hôtel 5 étoiles ??? Le burgerlab à côté nous a servi des Pepsi dans des verres en verre !!!
-Attention le room service coûte 5€ en plus sur la note et se n'est mentionné nul part lors de la commande.
-Nous avions le droit à une réduction de 20% sur le bar. La réceptionniste a refusé de l'appliquer en nous disant qu'il fallait le donner directement au bar alors que personne ne nous l'a dit et que nous avions payé la note auprès de la réception. Tant pis.

We were warmly welcomed by a very helpful Chrisanthi at reception. She checked us in promptly and provided us all the information we needed and also suggested some very good taverns/restaurants in the area. The Luxury suite we upgraded to had a day bed, & was big, modern and very clean. The buffet & a la carte breakfast included in the price was excellent, tasty and the staff were exceptional. The hotel had a sky bar with pool and is within walking distance to shops, taverns and some local sights. We would definitely stay here again!

Spa and gym
I booked a spa treatment for my shoulders pain and explained my concerns beforehand. Unfortunately, the treatment didn't address the issue, and I left disappointed. Considering the price, I expected a better experience.
The gym's air conditioning was off, and the room felt hot, stuffy, and poorly ventilated.
