I will definite recommend this hotel to my friends and family, I would come again.
Pros:

The staff was amazing! Helpful and professional 24/7 , Housekeeping is on time, everything is clean and neat.
Food is also good!

Cons:

Maybe SPA time needs to be extended, Saunas are charged extra, it is very unusual for a 5 Star hotel, but I understand.

Pros:

Τα γλυκά στο πρωινό ήταν πολύ ωραία όπως και οι καφέδες που μας ετοίμασαν και δεν ήταν από μηχανή.
Το πάρκιν είναι πολύ βολικό.

Cons:

Το πρωινό θα μπορούσε να είναι λίγο καλύτερο, όπως να έχει ομελέτα και φυσικό χυμό.

Staff was incredible. Facilities are top-notch. Great spa and a very well equipped gym for a hotel. Great massages too!

Room was super comfortable and modernly equipped with smart tech. Coming back sooner than later :)

L’accueil à la réception était parfait. Une des hôtesse parle un très bon français. Sinon communication en anglais très bien avec tout le personnel. Le room service était parfait. Petit déjeuner copieux, beau buffet. Chambre avec piscine particulièrement confortable.

Cons:

Tout était parfait. Nous avons tout apprécié. Aucun problème.

Zusammengesfasst hatten wir eine sehr schöne Übernachtung und waren mit unserem Aufenthalt zufrieden.
Pros:

Sehr modern und sehr freundliches Personal

Cons:

Im Bad war ein Spender von der Halterung gelöst und wurde einfach daneben hingestellt. Wir hatten zwei Conditionerspender und einen Shampospender aber kein Duschgel.
Wir haben Steckdosen bei den Nachtkästchen vermisst.

Für einen City Trip rundum zum Wohlfühlen

Ein sehr elegantes Stadthotel mit einem schönen hoch modernem Zimmer. Sehr sauber und direkt zum Wohlfühlen 🤩
Wir haben es vor einer frühen Abreise genutzt und unser Auto wurde sogar passend dazu für uns eingeparkt. Sehr kundenorientiert !!

They had a Beautiful pool on the roof top with a bar and just a nice place to sit and eat a meal
The gym has all you need for a good work out
And the Spa was so calm and relaxing

Le meilleur hôtel dans lequel nous avons séjourné !
Pros:

Hôtel exceptionnel ! Tout est parfait, personnel très accueillant, petit déjeuner délicieux et avec beaucoup de choix. Restaurant de l’hôtel et bar également excellents. Chambre spacieuse, propre, très bien décorée et connectée ! Mention spéciale pour le jacuzzi privée sur la terrasse de la chambre. Nombreux services de qualité (spa, piscine rooftop, gym). Très bonne localisation et 10 places de parking privées disponibles pour les clients de l’hôtel.

Cons:

Attention quand même en cas de forte affluence, les 10 places de parking se retrouvent vite prises et il est compliqué de se garer gratuitement dans les alentours.

הצוות מושלם ממש עוזר ונתן את כל ההכוונה שצריך.
החדר במלון מעוצב מושלם ויחסית גדול לחדרים באירופה.
יש בחדר כל מה שצריך לשהיה ממברשת שיניים ועד פן ומגהץ.
הארוחת בוקר יחסית פשוטה אבל מספקת
הספא במלון מטורף אל תוותרו!

Cons:

המקלחת קצת היתה סתומה והמים לא ירדו מהר
אין חלון או מרפסת בחדר הפשוט שלקחנו אז מרגיש קצת חנוק
אין שקעים כמעט בחדר רק אחד ליד הבר מים אז אין איפה להטעין פלאפון ליד המיטה.
החדר לא אטום לרעש ושומעים הכל מבחוץ גם את המנקות בשש בבוקר.
המלון נמצא 7 דקות הליכה מהמרכז המסחרי וכל המסביב נראה ממש ישן ושבור ואפילו קצת מפחיד ללכת לבד בלילה.
