Il cameriere al ristorante la sera , mi ha detto di alzarmi e andare a controllare al bar del piano inferiore i gusti dei gelati (dolce in menu ristorante )

It was a good experience in a nice city with paragon hotels.
Pros:

Breakfast menu was excellent, we enjoyed the swimming pool also.

Cons:

Bedside lamp, door bell not working .

Everything good but not the beds
Pros:

The landscaping is nice and the staff is friendly. Room is big. Food in restaurant ok, prices a little high but still ok

Cons:

Breakfast ok but nothing too special. Suitable for locals but they said taste is not very good. Problem are the beds. Like a piece of hard wood, extremly hard and to top it the pillow is like a stone, big and hard too. Bed was for me extremely uncomfortable.

First we had a room just above the pool pump and kitchen with noise 16 hrs per day,

Pool is nice but cannot be used these months because too cold. There is a hot tub but all guests and children use it with clothes like it s customed here. At the end the water is like a slightly dark soup.

Just passed night and complimentary breakfast wasn't pleasant and they could charge extra

The property is well built but management is very poor, they doesn't have minimum guest dealing manners, which degrated to be in ur portal.
