有年頭的老飯店重新裝潢，旁邊有停車場，頂樓餐廳的風景很美，吃早餐很愉悅。房間濕氣比較重,如果搭配除濕機或是浴室做乾濕分離的話會更好
Pros:

最喜歡的就是飯店早餐的景色，超美~能夠看著蘇澳港與海景吃飯，早餐種類沒很多，但是還不錯吃。 飯店大廳有貓舍，如果貓貓沒出去運動的話有機會可以擼貓。 旁邊轉彎就有7-11 對面也有六扇門。飯店是老飯店，但是有重新裝潢過，不會到很差。床是比較硬的那種，但是我喜歡睡偏硬的床

浴室蓮蓬頭沒辦法固定住，一直噴向浴室門口，所以地板的毛巾都是濕的，睡覺時沒感覺，早上去吃完早餐再回房間後就感覺很潮濕的氣味，我老婆皮膚比較過敏，睡覺時一直發癢，有可能是濕氣重引起的。 如果浴室的濕氣能夠盡可能避免跑到房間的話，我認為飯店是很OK的

如果你一個人睡、不怕吵、又想省錢，那這間就是不錯的選擇。

很乾淨、熱水很熱（但水量很小）、冷氣很涼、毛巾很香。

Cons:

個人近幾年住過最爛的旅館。
隔音真的非常非常非常差！！！門板很薄也完全不密封。
對面的人從5點講到11點多，通知櫃檯也無法處理，隔天房務還把電視聲音開很大在整理，總之，真的一直很吵。
所以要住這間，要賭運氣，祈求都能遇到有水準的人。
床也很不行，另一個人稍微動一下，床就會非常晃。
