Pros:

入住期間現場服務態度很好，但退房後致電詢問是否有拾獲遺失物時，感受到的服務態度卻與入住時有明顯落差。

Cons:

入住時，不論在訂房網站花多少錢預訂，現場都會以各種理由建議加價升級房型。第一次表示原本預訂的房間比較小，第二次又說原本房型沒有車位，讓人感覺不得不加價升級。至於升級後的房間品質也不一定，有的還不錯，但也有房況真令人失望。
另外，也提醒所有入住的旅客，退房前務必仔細檢查自己的隨身物品。我對旅館處理遺失物的方式及後續協助態度感到非常失望。
此外，我也看到其他住客曾留言分享遺失物未能尋回的經驗，因此提醒大家，若有貴重物品或重要隨身物品，退房前務必再次確認，以免發生和我一樣的情況。

員工大都很友善親切

Cons:

房間的裝潢維護修繕修補真的很糟糕，比Diy還DIY,完全沒任何專業度可言，房間角落灰塵非常明顯，明明都看的到，卻顯然不層打掃，我個人不在乎裝潢，只要乾淨即可，但是，撇除糟糕的裝潢diy修補，連乾淨也說不上
