Le fait que personne ne parle français à l'exception de la jeune fille à l'accueil du Spa

A bit hard to get to if not driving
Our stay at Minos Palace was perfect in every way. The hotel is beautiful, with thoughtful design and attention to detail throughout. The service was attentive and thoughtful while still allowing us to enjoy our privacy and make the most of every moment. The spa treatments were wonderful and added another layer of relaxation to our stay. We also loved the ceramic workshop, which was such a lovely and memorable experience. Everything came together to make our stay truly special.
If we had to nitpick, we felt the wine tasting was a little underwhelming for the price. We would have hoped for a better selection of wines to make the experience feel more worthwhile.
Strand war sehr gut, Frühstück war absolut top, sehr gepflegte Anlage, top Personal. Man kommt mega gut zur Ruhe und es hat mir sehr gut gefallen.
das Bad war zu nah am Eingang - in der Klasse erwarte ich mehr. Ein paar weitere Anhänger/ Haken wären praktisch.
Die Aussicht war Atemberaubend schön, das Frühstück war so lecker und es fehlte an nicht, die Angestellten waren so herzlich und lieb und die Lage ist perfekt um zu entspannen.
Die kostenpflichtige Angebote waren sehr teuer.
The in door pool, you need to pay alot for 90 minutes inside, while it was raining outside
Wir waren schon zum dritten mal da. Und gefällt so ziemlich alles.
Die Preise für Massagen sind deutlich teurer geworden mit dem neuen Konzept. Hatte mich eigentlich auf ein paar Massagen gefreut, es dann aber deswegen sein gelassen.
The beach was very good and the resort was very attractive
The prices for food and drinks were very high. Some staff were lovely but some were very surly. The swimming pools were very very cold.
Hieno paikka. Hyvä ruoka (aamiainen, lounas ja Amar-ravintolan illallinen). Hienot näköalat.
Kylän keskustaan pitkähkö matka. Tosin sujui erittäin joustavasti taksilla. Taksi oli helppo saada molempiin suuntiin.
Het uitzicht, de uitgebreide fitness (met 2 top reformers!), het dorpje met veel heerlijke restaurants op loopafstand.
Het zwembad was echt te koud om in te zwemmen. De Spa is erg kostbaar.
Exceptionally beautiful hotel with incredible views over the whole peninsula, with med style gardens all over the property and water features and art as well. Our infinity pool suite (an upgrade) was magnificent with uninterrupted views of the bay. The bed had a super comfy mattress. The staff are not only friendly but go out of their way to be helpful (such as when we decided to sit on a rocky ledge by the beach and loungers were brought to us...) the spa is cutting edge and we did brain gym too on the special equipment. We also did a cretan and fermentation cooking workshop with manolis the chef who was informative and taught us some techniques as well. The fragrance used in the corridors is deliciously woody. I could go on and on...
Maybe a bit quiet at night after dinner although the whole hotel has a relaxing and quiet feel about it so not sure how music etc would integrate. There was excellent traditional Greek instrumental music at night in the restaurant but that was it. I would prefer it if the rooms were non smoking as well as the outdoor seating by the pool. Designated smoking areas would be better.

Personal ist mega freundlich und hilfsbereit. Super Strandliegen, sehr gutes Essen.
Leider liegt das Hotel etwas abseits. Ein bisschen Abends spazieren ist schwierig.
