Pros:

Location was perfect only a 5 minute walk from Bayside marketplace where bus tours and boat tours leave. A nice surprise was that they gave you two vouchers for the house beer (was very good) to use during your stay. Nice pool, washer/ dryer was useful. No microwave in the full kitchen.

Great location, great staff!
Pros:

Brilliant hotel - staff brilliant - we had to store a lot of luggae before checking -in and they really helped with this. Would have liked to stay here longer - great location.

Cons:

The free drinks could only be used for their own beer - we had kids and it would have been nice for them to get a soft drink.
