De mon arrivée mon hôte a été remarquable des attentions. L'appartement boutique hôtel est beau, original et avec beaucoup de charme. Le petit déjeuner personnalisé.
La Rue est un peu trop bruyante, néanmoins il y a le matériel suffisant pour se protéger du bruit.
La ubicación y el trato del personal
Está ubicado proximo a bares con cuya música impide dormir hasta las 2 AM.
El personal es muy amable y está permanentemente disponible para atender las necesidades de los huéspedes. El desayuno estaba muy bien. La ubicación es muy buena para personas que quieren salir, fiesta etc. y que no se ven afectadas por el ruido y el caos de la noche (pues es una zona con muchos bares y discotecas).
El hotel queda muy bien ubicado en una zona donde hay muchos bares y discotecas pero por esta misma razón el ruido en las noches es bastante alto, dificultando poder descansar. Si bien las ventanas son anti ruidos, el hecho de tener tantos bares al lado hacen que no sea el mejor hotel para quienes buscan descanso
Hay que destacar la amabilidad y disposición de todos gracias nos hicieron pasar una estadía hermosa y también dándonos consejos y orientándonos en todo momento

Die Lage ist hervorragend – sichere Umgebung, mitten im Zentrum mit vielen Bars, Restaurants und allem, was man braucht, direkt in der Umgebung. Besonders schön ist die große, gemeinschaftliche Dachterrasse. Dort kann man morgens wunderbar frühstücken und abends einen Sundowner genießen. Abel und José sowie das Housekeeping kümmern sich sehr herzlich und aufmerksam um die Gäste, sodass man sich wirklich willkommen fühlt.
Wie bereits in anderen Bewertungen erwähnt, sollte man die Lautstärke der umliegenden Rooftop-Bars nicht unterschätzen. Die Musik läuft oft bis etwa 2:00–3:00 Uhr nachts. Uns war das im Voraus bewusst, und wir haben uns wegen der tollen, zentralen Lage ganz bewusst dafür entschieden. Wer sehr geräuschempfindlich ist, sollte das im Hinterkopf behalten – im Nachhinein sollte man sich darüber jedoch nicht beschweren.

Amazing location right in the middle of the old city. Breakfast was nicely served and well done. The unit was spacious and nicely decorated. The AC kept the unit cool and comfortable. The management was responsive and helpful.
We had the top unit. We didn’t understand that the hotel was on the 3rd floor and no elevator. Not a problem for us, but it was a real hike and we did it 10 times a day. I think some would really be stretched to do all of those stairs.
The hotel is across the street from two night club/bars. That start playing loud music at about 6 pm and don’t stop till 2 am. Every night! There were a pair of ear plugs on the nightstand which I laughed at, but after 3 days fully understood the necessity. The music is very loud and you can physically feel the bass as it thumps for hours on end. They have other units that are lower in the building and they may have faired better. But the roof top units got blasted.
We love the place, the management was fantastic. But we will not return.

Instalações agradáveis , ambiente bonito interno, Rooftop de frente para bares. Super bem localizada e de fácil acesso para Marina e a torre do Relógio. Rede no quarto.
Entrada escondida, uma porta no meio da rua, escadas para acessar, mas o José levou minhas malas para cima gentilmente. Ambiente interno compensa.
The apartment is close to restaurants, bars, historic places. The host and the staff were very attentive. The view from the rooftop was really nice.
The roof top deck was amazing. Central location too. Staff was very helpful and pleasant.
Noisy roof top bars near by that stay open late. Lots of stairs if that’s an issue for you ( was not for us).

Huis zelf, kamer, uitzicht
Hoewel de ligging heel centraal is, was er heel veel geluid van de rooftopbar naast de casa. Gelukkig hadden we oordoppen bij :-)
Nuestra experiencia fue excelente de principio a fin. La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable, muy conveniente y perfecta para moverse con facilidad por la zona.
La limpieza es impecable, todo estaba en perfectas condiciones y eso realmente hace la diferencia. Además, la atención del personal fue extraordinaria: siempre amables, atentos y dispuestos a ayudar.
Queremos destacar especialmente a José, quien nos brindó un apoyo increíble ante un pequeño percance que tuvimos. Su actitud resolutiva y su disposición marcaron totalmente nuestra experiencia. Se nota cuando alguien disfruta su trabajo y se preocupa genuinamente por los huéspedes.
También agradecemos mucho que nos hayan permitido hacer el check-in a las 22 hs, lo cual fue de gran ayuda para nosotros. Ese tipo de flexibilidad habla muy bien del servicio y la calidad humana del lugar.
Sin duda, volveríamos y lo recomendamos al 100%.

Musique extrêmement forte venant des rooftops autour jusqu’à 3h du matin. Difficile de dormir, même avec des boules quies. Faites la fête ou ne choisissez pas cet hôtel.
Lovely breakfast with the best view of Cartegena
Our room was amidst the rooftops of Cartegena. Beautiful view. But there are multiple roof top bars close by and you can’t be adverse to music to fall asleep to. Did not worry us but if you need quietness to sleep this is not the place for you.
