Location was great if you want to be in the middle of the action in old town. Roof was nice with a view to the street below. Roof top was great for having a coffee in the morning or for watching the sunset.

Cons:

If you are a light sleeper you may not like the evening noise as it’s in a happening area. Didn’t bother us at all but some may find it a bit lively after dark. For those who like the night life it would be perfect.

Pequeño alojamiento bonito pero muy ruidoso
Pros:

Casa bonita de reciente construcción. Todo está nuevo, la cama es cómoda y tiene un buen baño.

Cons:

Es una casa muy ruidosa que da a un patio interior donde hay azoteas de bares y discotecas con la música altísima hasta la mañana del día siguiente. En la habitación suena como si estuvieras de fiesta también. El alojamiento no es un hotel, es una casa en una segunda planta donde la entrada al edificio es común con otras viviendas y negocios.

Jose was an excellent host, fluent in Spanish and English. He explained the entire property to us and greeted us with fresh juice. Beautiful house, great location, very comfortable bed, good breakfast.

Great stay in Cartagena
Pros:

Location is one of the key attraction points for Casa Lazuli 303. It’s very close to all tourist attractions in Cartagena’s Walled City. If you’re into the very active nightlife in Cartagena, this is your place. If you want to go on tours, it’s very close to the usual meeting points. For those people, this is your place. Breakfast was good, with scrambled eggs and delicious arepa in the morning with coffee and juice and the amazing view of the Old City from the terrace. Jose is a great host and will always give you recommendations on what to do in Cartagena. I think I’d stay here again.

Cons:

If you want to find quiet nights away from the noise of bars and loud music, this is not your place. Fortunately, my room was relatively quiet and I could hear very little of what was happening outside, but chances are you might find that a bit annoying if you really want to sleep in peace and quiet. I told the staff that I would sometimes hear a sudden banging noise. I never knew what it was, neither did they.

Schöne Unterkunft und gute Lage, tolle Terrasse mit tollem Frühstück insbesondere für tagsüber und morgens

Alles war super, aber dass die Lautstärke in der Nacht überwog leider alles andwr für uns.
Leider war die Musik der 3-5 umliegenden rooftop Bars von ca 19-03 Uhr, oder auch länger extrem laut, sodass man drinnen eine extreme Lärmbelästigung hatte. Die Lautstärke nahm von Stunde zu Stunde zu, wir konnten trotzdem einigermaßen schlafen, aber es war wirklich laut. Wenn man selber Party machen möchte bis spät in die Nacht, dann kann ich diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen, wenn nicht, dann würde ich stark davon abraten. Das sollte einem einfach vorher klar sein.

Im allgemeinen ist die Unterkunft eher eine Art AirBnb als ein Hotel, da es vom Aufbau her einer Wohnung gleicht.

Schöner Aufenthalt im Herzen von Cartagena
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Der Besitzer und die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und bemüht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Trés agréable.
Pros:

Emplacement idéal au centre historique. Accueil et gentillesse du personnel et des propriétaires.

Cons:

Il n'ya pas d'ascenseur... mais il n'y a que 2 étages. Et le propriétaire m'attendait dans la rue pour m'aider à monter mes bagages. Trés gentille attention.
