Easy to reach from the station
Was a bit dirty, there were plucks of hair on the ground and bedsheets a bit dirty. Location 40 min walk to center because of the mountains
They were very welcoming and able to accommodate us on short notice. The view from the small balcony was beautiful. We had a big portion of rice and curry there for dinner.

The view from the balcony was amazing, we got upgraded which was a nice surprise, the service and assistance from staff… they went above and beyond. Great relaxing location just outside of the main street and perfect location for a quick tuk tuk ride to the train station. Waking up to the roaring sound of the water fall outside was so relaxing. In front of Pedro tea plantation, near to bus stop and recently renewed. Host very welcoming and enthusiastic. They offered us a free upgrade (balcony room: amazing view), welcome drink and a lot of suggestions on interest points. Wide breakfast choice and interesting dinner card menu.
My stay at Silver Falls was amazing from beginning to end! The manager was always available, even before I arrived, to answer all my questions and give me tips on what to do/see in the area.
The room is beautiful, clean and comfortable, and it has a very cute balcony with a view on the tea plantations and waterfall.
The team is simply amazing! They always make sure that you're happy, they are caring, professional and their smile is contagious :)
To me, it has been like staying with family, in a cosy and friendly environment. It's obvious that all the employees get along together and have a great connection 😊
The food in the restaurant is sooo delicious and there's many options!

Recently Renovated,the hotel is nice and clean.what made the difference in our stay was the owner,who was incredibly nice and helpful.
