la atención estuvo muy bien

Cons:

como estaba por trabajo, se requiere descansar bien, pero la noche del lunes hicieron mucho ruido de una taberna cercana, tal vez deben proteger el Hotel contra el ruidos o hablar con los vecinos para que respeten.
La niña de la recepción dice que es Cali y por la proximidad de diciembre es normal

a mi personalmente no me pareció normal la respuesta

El servicio de aseo. Un día pese a que tuvimos oportunidad de advertir que no lo asearon, al llegar en la noche no lo habían limpiado.
He estado en otras cadenas que te comentan lo asean cada dos días y siempre tienden la cama.
