Important information:

Please note that spa entrance needs to be booked in advance on Saturdays.

Children under 14 are permitted access to spa facilities from 09:00 to 11:00 and must be accompanied by an adult. During some holidays and the summer season, these hours may be extended. Please check with the hotel for more information.

Please note that from 2021, spa access is not included and costs SEK 295 per person. Access must be booked in advance.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Dyrt och dåligt! Kommer inte att åka hit igen

Det ligger bra

Cons:

Vi bokade en svit längst upp som var fin men det var som en bastu som inte gick att vara i. Ingen AC och ingen fläkt, inget solskydd på balkongen. Frukostbuffén var utplockad och dålig. Det var dyrt och dåligt! Jag kommer inte att åka hit igen.

Ett fint hotell ligger litet off, fint SPA, saknar AC, problem med städning
Pros:

- Spaet var mycket bra. Litet minus för endast vattenservering i spaet. Ingen champagne.
- Bra frukost
- Mycket bra bartender som gjorde goda drinkar.

Cons:

- Läget är långt från centrum. Lång promenad, du måste också åka en minifärja
- Städningen var en flopp. Vid ankomst var de sena och vi fick rummet en bit efter kl 16. Det låg skräp kvar på golvet som vi plockade upp själva.Dag 2 glömdes städningen bort helt. Vi fick kompensation så det var bra.
- A/C saknas på rummen. Generellt sett många fulla och gapiga norrmän i Strömstad som skrålar långt in på morgonen. Jobbigt att behöva ha fönstren öppna för att vädra då.
- Litet strul vid middagsserveringen med väntetider och litet attityd, men inget jättefarligt.

Fint läge men kändes lite småtrist med rum och SPA.
Pros:

Jättefint läge nära hav och natur. Fin och god frukost i härlig miljö med utsikt mot marinan.

Cons:

Rummet hade ingen luftkonditioneringssystem och fönstret gick inte att öppna fullt ut, ingen balkong trots att de flesta rum verkade ha det. Under sängen låg det damm och skräp. Bl.a En snusdosa. Fläckar på gardiner och en vägg. SPAavdelningen helt ok men det fanns inte det lilla extra.

Fin plass og beliggenhet.

Cons:

Likte svært dårlig å bli forespeilt ett rom med balkong og sjøutsikt, for å så få ett rom med terrasse og minimalt med sjøutsikt. Syns også det er lureri at dere skriver at det er ett innendørs - og ett utendørsbasseng, da dette ikke er tilfellet, og var en stor grunn til jeg booket dette hotellet mtp ungene.

We are very pleased with this location and will definitely be visiting again. The spa was really excellent!
Pros:

Very helpful staff.
Relaxing spa with good layout and many different facilities to explore.
The massage treatments were also excellent.
The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

No AC, which made us a bit nervous since this visit was in late June. But the room was nice and cool enough throughout our entire stay.

Cons:

Ikke noe form for kjøling på 30 grader på rommet ikke mulig og få åpnet vinduet tilstrekkelig for og få inn luft. Hadde reservert time i mai måned for spa behandling noe dere ikke hadde klart og reservere

Platsen. Känslan att vara på en resort. Bra frukost. Fina omgivningar.

Cons:

Oengagerad personal i receptionen. Fick fel rum. Inget byte. Havsnära men ingen utsikt. Extremt trångt p hus. Skrapade sidan mot en betong pelare. Upptäckte sedan takterass och grusparkering.
